南投縣國民小學教師工作壓力與教學效能關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣公立國民小學教師工作壓力與教學效能關係之研究,與不同背景變項的國小教師在工作壓力與教學效能之差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,採用分層隨機抽樣,對南投縣公立國小教師工作壓力與教學效能的現況進行調查研究。研究工具為「國小教師工作壓力與教學效能調查問卷」,共發出376份問卷,回收有效問卷360份,有效問卷回收率達95.7%。問卷所得資料以SPSS 18.0版統計套裝軟體進行項目分析、因素分析、描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與迴歸分析等統計方法處理,加以分析討論,歸納出以下結論: 一、南投縣國小教師工作壓力之現況屬於中下程度。 二、南投縣國小教師教學效能之現況屬於高程度。 三、南投縣國小教師工作壓力之現況,在不同職務背景變項上無顯著差異。 四、南投縣國小教師工作壓力之現況,在不同性別、不同服務年資、不同年齡、不同最高學歷、不同學校規模等背景變項上有顯著差異。 五、南投縣國小教師教學效能之現況,在不同性別、不同年齡等背景變項上無顯著差異。 六、南投縣國小教師教學效能之現況,在不同職務、不同服務年資、不同最高學歷、不同學校規模等背景變項上有顯著差異。 七、南投縣國小教師工作壓力與教學效能呈現負相關。 八、南投縣國小教師工作壓力中的「專業知能壓力」構面對「教學效能」的預測力最高。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between working pressure and teaching effectiveness of public primary school teachers in Nantou County, and the difference between working pressure and teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers with different background variables. This research uses a questionnaire survey method and stratified random sampling to investigate the current situation of working pressure and teaching effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Nantou County. The research tool is the "Questionnaire on the Working Pressure and Teaching Effectiveness of Elementary School Teachers". A total of 376 questionnaires were sent out, and 360 valid questionnaires were recovered. The data obtained from the questionnaire was processed by SPSS 18.0 version of the statistical package software for project analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, variance analysis, Pearson product correlation and regression analysis, and other methods were analyzed and discussed. The following conclusions were concluded: 1. The current working pressure of elementary school teachers in Nantou County is in the middle and lower levels. 2. The current status of the teaching effectiveness of primary school teachers in Nantou County is of a high degree. 3. There is no significant difference in the status of work pressure of teachers in elementary schools in Nantou County. 4. The current working pressure of primary school teachers in Nantou County has significant differences in background variables such as different genders, different years of service, different ages, different highest educational backgrounds, and different school sizes. 5. The current status of the primary school teachers ’teaching effectiveness in Nantou County has no significant differences in background variables such as different genders and different ages. 6. The current status of the teaching effectiveness of primary school teachers in Nantou County has significant differences in background variables such as different positions, different years of service, different highest educational backgrounds, and different school sizes. 7. Nantou County Elementary School teachers' work pressure has a negative correlation with teaching effectiveness. 8. The “professional knowledge pressure” structure of the work pressure of elementary school teachers in Nantou County has the highest predictive power in terms of “teaching effectiveness”.
