青年鄉村創業支持系統規劃之研究-以魚池鄉為例

鑑於台灣社會人口少子化、高齡化，城鄉失衡等問題日益嚴重，政府為鼓勵青年返鄉，緩解鄉村日漸凋零情形，逐步在各縣市推動相關整合基地政策，本研究係在國家發展政策之基礎下，以創業動機理論及相關研究為背景，規劃南投縣魚池鄉地區返鄉或在地創業青年為對象，運用「文獻分析法」、「個案訪談法」，探討在都市發展多年後，受社會因素、環境因素、經濟因素等內外在動機影響回鄉創業之青年，對於所從事不同類型產業、不同創業年資之個案，藉以深入瞭解青年返鄉創業過程與可能面臨的困境，例如創業輔導、子女教育、經營管理、專業輔導、空間設備、資金協助等，將其困境與需求建議回饋公部門，作為如何規劃青年返鄉支持系統之參據，俾能政府建構鄉鎮層級之整合平台，協助返鄉青年克服創業困境，吸引返鄉青年繼續留鄉深耕，並帶動更多青年返鄉意願，以緩解鄉村高齡化與人口過度集中都市的問題，促進鄉村永續發展，。
