本研究旨在探究國民小學品德教育的應然面與實然面,並探討其間的差異情形與原因。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「中部地區國民小學品德教育實施之調查問卷」為研究工具,針對中部地區公立國民小學700位教師進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷共546份,回收率78%,調查所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗與單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究結論如下: 一、國民小學品德教育之應然面與實然面皆達中上水準。 二、國民小學品德教育之應然面與實然面存在差異。 三、不同年齡、服務年資、職務的國小教師在品德教育之應然面有所差異。 四、社會大環境方面、學生方面、課程與教學方面是影響國民小學品德教育的重要面向。 最後,本研究根據上述研究結論,提出具體建議,以提供教育行政單位、學校、教師及後續研究之參考。
This study aimed to determine the causes and nature of discrepancies between an ideal state of elementary school character education and its actual state. This study was conducted by use of a questionnaire entitled “Implementation of Elementary School Character Education in Central Taiwan.” Seven hundred public elementary school teachers were surveyed in the central region of Taiwan. Among them were 546 effective samples; the usable percentage was 78%. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0; the statistical methods included descriptive analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1.Elementary school character education, both the ideal and actual state was above average. 2.Discrepancies existed between the ideal and actual state of elementary school character education. 3.There were discrepancies in teacher,s age, years of service, and duties in character education ideal state of elementary school. 4.Social environment, students, curriculum and teaching were the important aspects that affected elementary school character education. Based on the results of this study suggestions were proposed to the Educational Administrative Authority of Taiwan, schools, teachers and researchers.
