經歷生涯轉換的諮商心理師之跨領域整合經驗研究

摘要


本研究目的為探究經歷生涯轉換之諮商心理師跨領域整合之經驗,瞭解其整合歷程、內涵及意義。研究者於2023年2 月至5月間,邀請五位由不同專業領域轉換至諮商專業的現任諮商心理師參與本研究,以半結構式深度訪談蒐集資料,採Boeije分析訪談文本,整理研究結果如下: 1.跨領域的整合階段依據時間軸可分為:轉換前的探索與嘗試、進入諮商所就讀到初期執業的調整與適應,以及持續至現階段的修通與整合三個階段,且此歷程具有非單線性與持續循環發展之特性。 2.整合內涵依各歷程階段涵蓋:探索與嘗試階段為解決現實我的困境與滿足理想我的需求;整合面對新舊領域轉換的挑戰與衝擊,以及因應挑戰衝擊所做出的調整,則是調整與適應階段的主要任務;在修通與整合階段,則進行專業我及個人我兩個構面之統整。 3.研究參與者對於自身的跨領域經驗皆持正向態度,顯現跨領域整合可視為個人整合及諮商實務工作的優勢資源。 最後依據本研究結果,提出未來學術研究方向、程序及實務上之建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of interdisciplinary integration of counseling psychologists after their career transition, and to understand the integration process, connotation and significance. From February to May 2023, the researcher invited five current counseling psychologists who had switched from different professional fields to counseling to participate in this study. The data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, and coded by Hennie Boeije’s qualitative analysis method to conclude as follows: 1.The interdisciplinary integration stage can be divided into three stages by chronological. First, exploration and trial before career transition. Second, adjustment and adaptation from entering the graduate school to early stage of becoming a counselor. Third, continuous improvement and integration to the current stage. The process has the characteristics of non-linear and continuous cyclic development. 2.The connotation of integration is covered according to each stage of the process. At the exploration and trial stage, the participants make efforts to solve the dilemma of the real self and meet the needs of the ideal while adaptation is their main tasks at the second. Coming to the last working through process, the final goal to carry out the integration of the professional identity and is achieved but never ceased. 3.The research participants all hold a positive attitude towards their interdisciplinary experience, showing that interdisciplinary integration can be regarded as an advantageous resource for personal integration and counseling practice. Finally, based on the research findings, the researcher provides references for practice and future related research.
