醫院員工職場幸福感與工作投入之研究

A Study on Workplace Well-being and Job Involvement in Hospital

摘要


本研究宗旨在於瞭解醫院員工職場幸福感與工作投入的現況及是否有互相關連性,並透過個人、家庭、工作不同背景的因素去探討職場幸福感與工作投入。 本研究採量化研究,以臺中榮民總醫院埔里分院員工為研究對象,透過紙本問卷發放,回收篩選後有效問卷共計335份,所蒐集資料以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數、相關分析、迴歸分析,經統計獲得研究結果如次: 一、醫院員工在個人因素(年齡);工作因素(醫院工作年資、工作總年資、職業類別、職務身分、是 否為公職)等不同背景中,其職場幸福感有顯著差異。 二、醫院員工在個人因素(年齡);家庭因素(子女狀況);工作因素(職業類別、職務身分、是否為公 職)等不同背景中,其工作投入有顯著差異。 三、醫院員工在職場幸福感與工作投入之間有顯著相關。 透過本研究結果,提出促進醫院員工職場幸福感與工作投入之相關建議,以提供醫院組織管理與未 來發展之參考。

The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of workplace well-being and job input of hospital staff and whether there is any correlation, and to explore workplace well-being and work input through personal, family and work background factors. This study took quantitative research, with Taichung Rongmin General Hospital Puri Branch staff as the research object, through the paper questionnaire issued, after recycling and screening of a total of 335 valid questionnaires, collected information for descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t verification, single factor variation, related analysis, regression analysis, statistical results such as: Hospital employees have significant differences in workplace well-being in different backgrounds, such as personal factors (age), work factors (hospital seniority, total seniority, occupational category, job identity, whether they are public office). Hospital staff have significant differences in their job input in different backgrounds, such as personal factors (age), family factors (child status), work factors (occupational category, job status, whether or not they are public office). Third, there is a significant correlation between the well-being of hospital employees in the workplace and job commitment. Through the results of this study, some suggestions are put forward to promote the well-being of hospital staff in the workplace and work input, so as to provide reference for hospital organization management and future development.
