本研究旨在探討運用冒險學習對青少年復原力的建構,並探究不同冒險學習活動對青少年復原力的影響。 本研究首先採用質性研究中的深度訪談法蒐集資料,共訪談六位具有冒險學習經驗之青少年,主要研究結果發現如下: 整體而言,冒險學習能透過經驗轉移及賦權來幫助青少年發展個人內在資源,使青少年變得更主動積極、能夠正向思考、情緒調適、運用個人優勢及尋求外在支持。透過平面活動、低高空繩索活動、戶外冒險活動及共同生活、營隊事件等能夠讓研究參與者增進團隊凝聚力、面對挑戰、激發潛能。參與冒險學習活動後,研究參與者在想法上、行為上及態度上,都更具有復原力特質。最後,研究者根據上述研究結果加以討論,並提供建議。
The purpose of this study is to understand the resilience machines in adolescence’s after taking adventure learning. The researcher want to know how to help adolescent not to be influenced by the unstable environment, and to foster resilience in the adolescents, and success to accommodate the life in the future. Therefore, this study is to understand the relationship between adolescent after taking adventure learning and resilience with qualitative method. The research samples were six adolescents who taking adventure learning. This study adopted the method of purposive sampling to collect data. The major results are as follows: adolescents after taking adventure learning can help fostering resilience through experience transferring and empowerment, after taking adventure learning, adolescents become more active and enthusiastic ,more positive thinking, and show more personal strength, especially constructing more social support. Based on these results, some implications for counseling strategies were discussed and these finding are still in the experimental phase; therefore, further research into its effectiveness is needed.
