探索教育活動對國中生挫折復原力影響之研究─以台北市某國中為例

摘要


研究旨在探討探索教育活動對國中生之挫折復原力之影響,並分析探索教育活動對國中生挫折復原力之影響因素。本研究並就調查所得資料進行統計分析、與質性討論,據以形成結論,提出建議,以供國民中學教師及教育等相關單位與人員作為設計青少年探索教育活動之參考。 本研究從量化分析的數據來看,學生在整體挫折復原力已有顯著提升,可知探索教育活動教學之後對學生挫折復原力應有正向之影響。而就背景而言,性別是影響因素,女學生在整體挫折復原力上優於男學生,社經背景則較無明顯影響。而有關探索教育活動對國中生挫折復原力之影響因素,則歸納以下面向:問題解決與認知成熟能力、希望與樂觀、同理心與人際互動、情緒調節能力、自我反思能力、團體動力。

The study aimed to explore the influence of the adventure education activity on the resilience of the junior high school students and analyzed the influence factors of the adventure education activity on it. The study made a statistical analysis and conducted a qualitative discussion to form a conclusion and to present some suggestions to provide the junior high school teachers and the education unit concerned as well as personnel as reference for designing the teenage adventure education activity using the data acquired by investigation. On the perspective of the data of a qualitative analysis, the students had significantly risen in the overall resilience, which was known to have a positive influence on the resilience of the students after the teaching of the adventure education activity. As far as the background was concerned, the gender is an influence factor, the female students are superior to the male students in the overall frustration restoring force, but the social and economic background has less significant influence. The influence factors of the adventure education activity on the resilience of the junior high school students are generalized as follows: problem-solving and cognition maturing ability, hope and optimism, empathy and interpersonal interaction, emotional intermediation ability, self-reflection ability, and group dynamics.
