臺中市國小教師鄉土專業知能、鄉土認同與鄉土教學實踐之相關研究

A study on relationship among local cultural competencies, local recognition and local teaching practice of elementary school teachers in Taichung City.

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國小教師鄉土專業知能、鄉土認同與鄉土教學實踐之現況與關連性。本研究依據文獻所得資料,發展研究架構與調查問卷,採用問卷調查法,以臺中市公立國小在一百學年度的正式合格教師為為研究對象,輔以每位老師任教之3位學生評鄉土教學實踐問卷,進行交叉分析,因為樣本取得不易,因此採用便利性取樣,共發出470份問卷,回收427 份,回收率為90.85%,摒除無效問卷後,共有416份問卷,有效填答率為97.42%,調查資料以平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析以及階層迴歸分析等統計方法,進行資料處理與分析後,獲致以下結論: 一、臺中市國小教師具有良好的鄉土專業知能,其中以「鄉土教學能 力」最佳。 二、臺中市國小教師具有濃厚的鄉土認同,其中以「尊重族群和關懷 鄉土」最佳。 三、臺中市國小教師鄉土教學實踐情況良好,其中以「教學過程」最 佳。 四、年齡、族群、在臺中市居住時間、在臺中市任教年資,會影響臺 中市國小教師鄉土專業知能。 五、年齡、學歷、在臺中市居住時間、在臺中市任教年資、擔任職務 對臺中市國小教師鄉土認同有顯著差異。 六、學歷、在臺中市任教年資影響臺中市國小教師鄉土教學實踐。 七、臺中市國小教師鄉土專業知能與鄉土教學實踐具有正相關,其中 以「鄉土教學能力」最具預測力。 八、臺中市國小教師鄉土認同與鄉土教學實踐具有正相關,其中以 「尊重族群和關懷鄉土」最具預測力。 研究者並根據上述結論,提出相關具體建議。

The objective of this study is to research and understand the current situations and relationships between teacher’s local cultural Competencies, local recognition and teaching practices in Taichung elementary schools. This research analyzethe formal documents of local cultural teaching information and forming a questionnaire formatted paper and develops a study framework. The study uses a questionnaire paper to ask formal and qualified teachers in Taichung public elementary school and three students who had been taught by the local cultural teachers as the studying target. Because the questionnaire paper returning process is not easy to perform, therefore we do collecting as many papers as possible for our research study. In total, we sent out 416 papers and do collect 427 papers back, which have rate of 90.85%. After taking out the invalid papers, totally 416 questionnaire was valid and returned, which have responsedrate of 97.42%. We analyzed the data using the following analyzing techniques which are average deviation, standard deviation, independent samples T-test, single variable variance analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis and concluded following points: 1.The Taichung elementary school teachers have well local cultural Competencies understandings, especially in local cultural teaching practice. 2.The Taichung elementary school teachers have strong local recognition, especially in races respect and local cultural care. 3.The Taichung elementary school teachers perform well local cultural teaching practices, especially in teaching process. 4.The local cultural Competencies will improve by longer length of age, ethnic,years of living in Taichung, and years of teaching in Taichung. 5.Age, education, years of living in Taichung, years of teaching in Taichung, and position in school will affect teacher’s local recognition in Taichung elementary school. 6.Aducation, and years of teaching in Taichung will affect local cultural teaching practices. 7.Taichung elementary school teacher’s local cultural Competencies and local cultural practice have positive relationship; especially the local cultural teaching ability is most predictable. 8.Taichung elementary school teacher’s local recognition and local cultural teaching practices have positive relationship; especially the races respect and local cultural care are the most predictable.
