摘要

本文主要目的為探討影響退休年齡的因素，使用的資料為2008年、2009年、2010年、2013年、2015年、2016年及2017年的勞工生活及就業狀況調查，並將其合併以普通最小平方法(OLS)進行分析。除了全部樣本的迴歸結果外，也對樣本分群進行迴歸分析，來觀察退休年齡的選擇是否會因為樣本所屬群體的特性差異而有不同的影響。實證結果發現老人有不願意退休的情形。而研究限制為資料未涵蓋所有重要因素以及資料年度的選取未考慮年金改革之影響。

This study aims to employ the Ordinary Least Square method to investigate what determines the choice of retirement age, using 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 Survey of Workers' Living and Employment Conditions. The empirical results suggest that age significantly affects the choice of retirement age, the elderly are unwilling to retire. However, this study has some limitations: First, this data does not provide all important social-economic-status factors. Second, the effect of pension reform did not be considered in this study.
