本研究旨在探討全職駐地實習諮商師在實習經驗與專業成長的關係。本研究以有過全職實習經驗和正在進行全職實習的諮商師為研究對象進行問卷調查,共計發放169份問卷,回收129份,得有效樣本127位。所使用的研究工具包含「實習經驗評量問卷」與「實習諮商師專業成長評量問卷」。所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、積差相關等統計方法,進行各項考驗分析。 本研究結果發現:(1)全職駐地實習諮商師最為肯定的實習經驗為「實務專業學習」,肯定程度最低的則為「實習環境」;(2)全職駐地實習諮商師認為實習當中最重要的專業成長為「危機事件處理」,重要度最低則為「心理衛生推廣服務」。在熟練程度的部份,全職駐地實習諮商師認為「心理衛生推廣服務」最為熟練,「危機事件處理」則熟練度最低;(3)有實務年資的全職駐地實習諮商師在專業成長的熟練程度,顯著高於無實務年資的全職駐地實習諮商師;(4)愈滿意其實習經驗的全職駐地實習諮商師,專業成長也會愈為熟練;(5)全職駐地實習諮商師其實習經驗和專業成長的熟練情形有顯著的正相關。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出建議,以供實習訓練單位、全職駐地實習諮商師與後續研究作為參考。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between counselors’ internship experiences and professional development. Participants in the study were counselors who had completed their internship and who in internship. A total of 169 questionnaires were sent off, 129 responses were received, and 127 effective samples were analyzed. Instruments used in the study included Internship Experiences Assessment Questionnaire and Counselor Interns Professional Development Assessment Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by the procedures of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of the study were as follows: 1.The most satisfactory internship experiences of counseling interns were professional practical learning, the least were internship environment. 2.The counseling interns thought that the most important professional development was crisis management, the least important was mental health service. Yet they were the most proficient in mental health service, the least proficient in crisis management. 3.The counseling interns who had practical work experiences were more proficient in professional development than who had no practical work experiences. 4.The more satisfied internship experiences the counseling interns had, the more proficient in their professional development. 5.The counselors’ internship experiences were significantly positively correlated with professional development proficiency. Finally, according to these findings, some suggestions for internship training sites, counseling interns, and future researches were proposed.
