高電壓脈衝電路之設計

摘要


高電壓脈衝功率技術(high voltage pulse generator)是一門研究高功率、高電壓、大電流的新興學科,又稱高功率脈衝技術,它是研究在相對長的時間裡把能量存儲起來,然後經過快速壓縮、轉換,最後有效釋放給負載的新興科技領域。隨著近代新興科技的發展,如生醫研究等方面的應用,高電壓脈衝功率技術得到快速發展,在醫療和生物工程領域都取得相當大的進展。 由於設備不僅造價昂貴且維護不易,所以本研究主要目的就是希望能開發出一套低成本、可攜式且可程式化高電壓脈衝並降低實驗成本,另外還能於生醫應用,高電壓脈衝目前在生醫研究方面有非常廣泛的應用。 本研究依電路可分為振盪器電路、升壓變壓器電路、蓄電容量電路、充電控制電路、脈衝電路所組成,高電壓脈衝電路由電源供應器提供電壓由30V,升壓器可快速提升至600V,電壓經由電容儲存,由Arduino 設定脈衝電路瞬間脈衝釋出,因快速非侵入式電穿孔儀器。未來可以使用高電壓脈衝使用在淬煉海藻方面,有助於生醫研究方面。

High voltage pulse generator is an emerging subject that studies high power, high voltage, and high current. It is also called high power pulse technology. It is the study of storing energy in a relatively long period of time and then undergoing rapid Compression, conversion, and finally effective release to the emerging technology field of the load. With the development of modern emerging technologies, such as the application of biomedical research, high-voltage pulsed power technology has been rapidly developed, and considerable progress has been made in the fields of medical and biological engineering. Because the equipment is not only expensive to manufacture but also not easy to maintain, the main purpose of this study is to develop a low-cost, portable, and programmable high-voltage pulse and reduce the cost of the experiment. In addition, it can also be used in biomedical applications. At present, it is widely used in biomedical research. According to the circuit, this research can be divided into oscillator circuit, step-up transformer circuit, storage capacity circuit, charging control circuit, and pulse circuit. The high-voltage pulse circuit is provided by the power supply with a voltage of 30V, and the booster can quickly increase to 600V. , The voltage is stored through the capacitor, and the pulse circuit is set by Arduino to release the pulse instantly, because of the fast non-invasive electroporation instrument. In the future, high-voltage pulses can be used to temper seaweed, which is helpful for biomedical research.
