本研究旨在探討具靜坐經驗的諮商心理師在自我覺察上情形,研究目的包括諮商心理師的靜坐經驗、靜坐經驗對諮商心理師全人的影響、靜坐經驗對諮商心理師自我覺察與專業上的協助。 本研究採質性研究深度訪談法進行研究,邀請四位具靜坐經驗的諮商心理師,此四位諮商心理師靜坐經驗最少5年最多24年,領有諮商心理師證照4至8年。研究結果發現如下: 一、諮商心理師的靜坐經驗產生於內在需求與外在因緣相呼應之時,接觸靜坐之前,以及學習過程中會產生「苦」的經驗,這些經驗促使諮商心理師投入靜坐學習,回到自己的內在,擴大生活層面和生命經驗。 二、靜坐對諮商心理師的影響是全人的,身體、心理、靈性面皆因靜坐而改變,身心的放鬆、能量的充盈、清明的心智都是靜坐帶來的影響,此外,靜坐可以帶給身心靈淨化和還原,諮商心理師感受到一個還原歸零的效果,是自我照顧的方法。 三、靜坐使諮商心理師自我覺察能力增加、品質提升,自我覺察有層次和不同面向,覺察的清晰度、清明度提高,覺察的層面既廣又深,覺察速度可以在當下立即知道,專注力和穩定力也同時提高。諮商心理師因此清楚自己的狀態,清楚自己是否產生反移情。 最後,研究者依據上述研究結果加以討論,並依據研究結果提出若干建議以作為諮商心理師學習靜坐和未來研究之參考依據。 關鍵字:自我覺察、諮商心理師、靜坐經驗
The purpose of present study aims to explore the state of self-awareness of counseling psychologists who have experienced meditation. Issues including experiencing meditation, the effects of such experiences to counseling psychologists and the value of those experiences to their self-awareness and profession were discussed. In this study, a In-depth Interview of qualitative research method is adopted to interview four qualified counseling psychologists. They have been practiced counseling psychologists for four to eight years, with at least 5- to 24-year meditation experiences. The main findings are as follow: Firstly, the experiences of meditation occurs when the counseling psychologists’ inner needs echoes outer environment conditions. Before and during learning meditation, the experience of suffering occurs and this pushes counseling psychologists into meditation, returning to their inner self, and expanding their life aspects and experiences. Secondly, the effects of meditation to a counseling psychologist is holistic, including the changes of the body, mind and soul. Whole body relaxation, a full of energy and a pure and bright of mind are all due to meditations. In addition, through meditation, the counseling psychologists can purify themselves. It clarifies and recovers the body, the mind and the soul, so that counselors would feel the transition back into their original state of minds. Thirdly, the meditation can improve the ability of self-awareness in counseling psychologists. Their self-awareness is of clearer, broader, deeper, and faster, even can recognized different levels and aspects of it. Meanwhile, they are more focused and emotional stable. Therefore, counseling psychologists are able to notice when counter-transference occurs because of knowing their state of mind. Based on the findings of the study, the discussion is presented in attempt to make suggestions to counseling psychologists learning meditation and future research.
