南投縣社區居民之社區參與對社區認同、幸福感及助人行為之研究

隨著全球化的腳步，城鄉也因為人口老化及人口外移影響，而使差距日漸擴大，尤其偏遠地區的居民，更加處於發展遲緩的環境。因此，本研究以南投縣為例，探討如何透過社區發展協會所舉辦的活動，強化社區居民的社區認同感，並提升社區居民的幸福感及助人行為。本研究採用問卷調查法，以「社區居民之社區參與對社區認同、幸福感及助人行為問卷」為資料收集工具，並以南投縣偏遠地區社區居民為研究對象，採便利抽樣方式，回收有效樣本201份，依據問卷的填答結果，以描述性統計、皮爾森績差相關、共線性診斷及階層迴歸分析方法進行資料的分析，並依據分析結果歸納出以下結論：一、社區居民參與社區發展協會所辦理的活動能提升居民的社區認同感。二、社區居民的社區認同感有助於幸福感的提升。三、社區居民的社區認同感愈高，則助人行為意願也會愈高。

With the footsteps of globalization, urban and rural areas have also been widening due to the ageing of the population and the impact of population migration. In particular, residents in remote areas are more in a slow-growing environment. Therefore, this study takes Nantou County as an example to explore how to strengthen the community identity of community residents through the activities organized by the Community Development Association, and to enhance the happiness and helping behavior of community residents. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, and uses the “Community Resident Community Participation on Community Identity, Well-Being and Helping Behavior Questionnaire” as a data collection tool. The community residents in remote areas of Nantou County are used as research objects, and convenient sampling methods are used to recover valid samples. According to the results of the questionnaire, 201 samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's poor performance correlation, collinearity diagnosis and hierarchical regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, the following conclusions were summarized: 1.Community residents participating in the activities of the Community Development Association can enhance the community identity of residents. 2.Community identity of community residents contributes to the improvement of happiness. 3.The higher the community identity of community residents, the higher the willingness to help others.
