企業國際化程度對母國生產力之影響

摘要

國際化程度對母公司之影響的議題於國際企業領域已被討論多時，但針對台灣製造業廠商國際化程度與母公司勞動生產力的關係並未被廣泛的注意。本研究使用1991至2017年台灣上市上櫃電子工業廠商之資料，研究國際化程度對母公司勞動生產力的影響。研究結果指出廠商國際化程度對母公司勞動生產力為正向的關係，且廠商進行外銷比起進行內銷能有更多的勞動生產力成長。
而中國大陸自1978年改革開放以後，吸引了大量的外國直接投資，成為了全球重要的生產基地以及市場。台灣製造業廠商進行對中國大陸直接投資也快速增加，中國大陸現今已為台灣製造業進行對外直接投資金額最高、件數也最多的地方。許多學者研究此議題後發現，台灣製造業廠商對中國大陸直接投資會造成台灣產業空洞化的現象。也有部分學者認為對中國大陸直接投資並沒有造成台灣產業空洞化。本研究也針對台灣電子工業廠商進行對中國大陸直接投資對母公司生產力的影響，研究結果顯示影響顯著且為負向。

This study used data from Taiwan's listed electronics manufacturers in the period from 1991 to 2017 to study the impact of internationalization on the labor productivity of the parent company. The research results show that the degree of internationalization of manufacturers has a positive relationship with the labor productivity of the parent company, and that manufacturers can have more labor productivity growth than domestic sales.
This study also aimed at Taiwan electronics industry manufacturers' impact on the productivity of the parent company through direct investment in mainland China. The results show that the impact is significant and negative.
