瓦楞紙板Single-pass噴墨數位印刷技術對紙箱包裝企業的發展趨勢之探討

全球邁向數位化發展同時，傳統產業面臨生存及轉型的挑戰，瓦楞紙板包裝業者應如何強化市場競爭力，在市場中勝出呢？在講求速度效率的時代，數位印刷技術已是產業發展趨勢，本研究將探討認識瓦楞紙板Single-pass噴墨數位印刷設備，並以個案公司為考量，進行質性研究，瞭解產業需求與趨勢發展，最後以SWOT（優勢Strengths、劣勢Weakness、機會Opportunities和威脅Threats）及矩陣分析（matrix）找出對策，即SO（把握優勢－利用機會）、ST（把握優勢－減少威脅）、WO（克服劣勢－利用機會）、WT（克服劣勢－減少威脅），讓瓦楞紙板包裝業者思考企業未來發展趨勢，因應大環境商場的改變，以達到數位化、自動化、網路化、國際化、環保化的產業，不被巿場淘汰，提供業者創新思維。

While the world is moving towards digital development, traditional industries are facing the challenge of survival and transformation. How should corrugated cardboard packaging companies strengthen their market competitiveness and win in the market? In the era of speed and efficiency, digital printing technology has become an industry development trend. The study will explore the understanding of Single-pass inkjet digital printing equipment for corrugated board by investigating a case company for their point of views. Then, the study adopts SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) and matrix analysis (matrix) to find out countermeasures, namely SO (Seize Advantages-Use Opportunities), ST (Grasp Strengths-Reduce Threats), WO (Overcome Weaknesses-Take Advantage of Opportunities), WT (Overcome Weaknesses-Reduce Threats). The analysis provides the corrugated cardboard packaging industry to think about the future development trend of the enterprise, and respond to the changes in the environment and shopping malls to achieve digitalization. Eventually, industries that are automated, networked, international, and environmentally friendly will not be eliminated by the market, and the technology provides some creative direction for the industry players.
