南投縣國民小學輔導人員社區諮商模式之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣國民小學輔導人員對社區諮商模式重要性之感受、輔導人員之現況調查以及對自己專業度的認知,另外還探討不同背景變項之國民小學輔導人員對社區諮商模式知覺的差異情形;根據研究結果提出建議,作為行政單位推展學校輔導工作的參考。 本研究之研究工具參考相關文獻編制之結構式問卷,問卷內容包含基本背景資料、輔導專業、社區諮商模式與現況調查。研究對象為南投縣各國民小學兼任輔導老師,有效樣本回收率為83.8%。所得問卷以SPSS軟體,進行百分比、平均值、標準差、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較等統計分析。 本研究之主要結論如下: (一) 個人優質專業能力較高之前二項為「我知道和家長及導通的方法」與「我能和各處室、機構及家庭合作」。 (二) 個人待改進之專業能力前二項為「我會做性虐待/暴力的輔導」與「我會做心理測驗」。 (三) 個人專業能力需求程度在「參與輔導進修提升技巧」及「接受專業督導」需求性偏高,得分平均數約達4.00。 (四) 不分性別受試者對整體「社區諮商模式」與「直接社區服務」重要性有明顯差異,且女性高於男性。 (五) 具有「輔導(心理)系所」專業背景的輔導人員,在「直接個案服務」有明顯差異。 (六) 輔導人員擔任的輔導工作以「認輔學生」為主,「輔導行政業務」為輔。 (七) 輔導人員的困境為「輔導技能不足」與「輔導行政業務多」。 (八) 擔任輔導老師的主因是「配合行政運作」,其次是「自己的熱誠」與「關心弱勢族群」。 針對本研究提出以下建議: (一) 活化輔導行政措施,推動社區諮商模式。 (二) 各校設置輔導專職人員,協助整體「社區諮商模式」規劃執行。 (三) 定期辦理專職人員社區諮商模式工作訓練,增進專業知能。 (四) 設置「全縣學生諮商中心」,進駐心理諮商師,進行專業輔導。 (五) 積極主動整合各系統,拓展資源網絡。 (六) 強化「南投縣輔導工作輔導團」效能,提升諮詢、督導與倡導能力。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the reception of the elementary-school counselors in Nantou County in the significance of the community counseling model、the current situation of the school counselors and the self-cognition of professionalism. It also investigated the discrepancy of the community counseling model awareness in the elementary school counselors with the variable of different backgrounds. According to the conclusions, it hopes to make suggestions in order to give educationally administrative authorities future references to promote school counseling. The study was conducted with a structural questionnaire which is based upon related reference. The content of the questionnaire includes data of basic backgrounds、counseling professionalism、community counseling model and current situation. The questionnaire-takers are the part-time counselors in the elementary school, Nantou County. The valid returning rate of questionnaires goes to 83.8%. The valid returning questionnaires had been analyzed with the software, SPSS, compiling statistics of percentage、mean 、 Standard deviation、independent samples T-test 、One Way ANOVA and Post hoc Comparison by Scheffé method. As the data analyzed, the main conclusions are shown as follows: 1. The first two personal superior professionalisms are ‘I understand the way communicating with parents and homeroom teachers.’ and ‘ I can cooperate with every department at school、institutions and families.’ . 2. The first two professionalisms, which need improvement, are ‘I can do counseling for sexual abuse/ violence.’ and ‘I can perform a mental test.’ 3. The extent of necessity in personal professionalism on the variables, ‘participating in further counseling education to enhance skills’ and ‘accepting professional supervision’ is high. The average score reaches 4.00. 4. Regardless of their genders, the participants have an obvious discrepancy on the significance of ‘the community counseling model’ and ‘the direct-community service’. And females outnumber males. 5. The participants with a professional background in Department of Counseling and Guidance / Psychology have obvious difference on ‘direct-case service’. 6. The counselors spend more time doing counseling and guidance but less time on counseling administrative affairs. 7. The plights for counselors are the lacks of counseling skills and overwhelming counseling administrative affairs. 8. Participants take the counseling position mainly because of coordination with administrative arrangement, then due to self – enthusiasm and caring about the underprivileged minority. According to the conclusions, it obtains the suggestions as follows: 1. Activate counseling administrative measures and promote the community counseling model. 2. Assign full-time counselors at every school in order to help enforce the fully community counseling model. 3. Regularly arrange workshops of the community counseling model for full-time staff to upgrade their professionalism. 4. Set the ‘County Counseling Center for students’ which equipped with counseling psychologists and offer professional counseling. 5. Actively integrate every system to expand networks of resources. 6. Strengthen the efficiencies of the ‘Counseling team for counseling and guidance in Nantou County’ to elevate the abilities in consultation guidance and proposition.
