台灣由於缺乏各種天然資源,故在資源取得上大多是以進口為主,所以台灣這一個需要大量依賴進口原物料的地方,沒有理由浪費各種可用資源,目前隨著台灣產業的蓬勃發展、社會進步與國際潮流的衝擊,我國政府亦一再針對再生資源及廢棄物管理政策進行不斷的修正及調整變更,由早期的廢棄物管理,逐漸走向焚化、資源化、源頭減量此一方向前進,而一直以來產業界總將【綠色產業】的發展重心放在新再生技術的研發及新能源開發或是節能減碳的【綠色物流】上頭,似乎再生資源循環的體系【逆向物流】是建構政府及經濟誘因下自然形成的鬆散體系,所以在這個缺乏政策上支持的架構下,始終不被重視。 本研究期望透過共創價值、競爭策略、資源基礎理論的相關文獻,從企業內部組織的共創價值與競爭策略的觀點出發,來探討公司資源能力與營運模式創新之發展關係,並對於企業組織發展共創過程的相關問題進行探討。本研究為探索性研究,以逆向物流中的環保產業為研究對象,採用個案研究方式,進行開放式之深度訪談。研究結果指出公司在競爭策略的發展過程中,經由組織的共創價值,使公司在逆向物流產業中開創出新營運模式,經由新營運模式來建立新的競爭優勢,此外,本研究也發現公司在共創價值下,看似不同功能的組織也因彼此的合作、學習,進而發展出新的資源能力。
The most of the resources in Taiwan are mainly imported resulting from its lack of several natural resources. Therefore, Taiwan where relies on large imported raw materials has no reason to waste all kinds of available resources. Currently with the vigorous development of Taiwan's industries, social progress and the impact of international trend, our government has time and again to constantly amend, adjust and vary renewable resources and waste management policies from the waste management of early stages gradually moving towards the direction of incineration, recycling, source reduction of amount. It has been that the industries always concentrate the development of “green industry” on the research and development of renewable resources’ new technology, the development of new energy, or energy saving and carbon reduction of “green logistics”. It seems that “reverse logistics” in the renewable resource recycling system is a loose system naturally formed under constructing the government and the economical incentive. So it has been throughout neglected under such framework which lacks of policy support. This research is anticipated to, start off from the co-creation and competitively-strategic viewpoint within enterprises’ internal organizations through the literature pertaining to co-creation, competitively-strategic viewpoint and resource-based theory, discuss an enterprise’s developmental relationship of resource capability and business model innovation and further to discuss the related issues resulting from the course of enterprises’ organizational development and joint creation. This is an exploratory research which targets the environmental industry in reverse logistics for the study to conducts deep interviews by case study. The result of the research points out that a company creates a new business mode in reverse logistical industries by the way of the organization’s co-creation, and then builds up its new competitive advantage via such new business mode. In addition, this research also discovers that the organizations of a company which appear different functions further develop new resource capacity through each other’s cooperation and learning.
