玻璃基板產業典範企業(A公司)之內部經營管理策略分析

共演化的觀點強調物種之間存在著互動關係且會互相影響各自的演化過程，演化主體為因應內部需求與外部環境因素的改變，而進行自我學習與強化、交互學習與反饋等調適行為。企業與產業環境二者之間，也是一獨立且同時存在共演化的關係，，企業與產業環境除各自經歷變異、選擇與保留的演化過程外，在自我演化過程中，主體的演化過程亦會彼此相互影響。本研究以資源基礎理論、演化與共演化理論為學理基礎，來探討玻璃基板產業中之典範企業A公司的資源特色，企業自身演化與產業組織、產業生態、產業標準及市場空間的共演化關係。本研究提出一個典範企業不僅能透過有效的運用資源提昇企業競爭力，被動的回應產業環境的變異；在典範企業的策略引導下，運用企業本身的資源及能力，是可以主動引導及改變產業環境的演化，改變市場空間的限制、改變產業的標準、改變產業生態及組織，朝向對典範企業有利的產業環境發展。這個有利的環境提供了典範企業超額的利潤，這個財務資源再支持典範企業技術研發等活動，持續引導產業環境的演化，型塑一個企業引導產業共演化的現象。

The co-evolutionary view emphasizes that the existence of interaction between species and will affect each other during their evolution. Since facing the internal and external environment changes, the entities conduct interactive learning and feedback adaptation. For the relationship between firm and industry, there is an indenpendly evolution by each and co-evolution between each other. The study adopts “Resource-Based Theory”, “Evolution Theory” and “Theories of Co-Evolution” to investage the character of resource utilization and the relationship of co-evolution between the firm with industry ecology, industry organization, industry standard and market space of TFT LCD glass substrate industry. Provided a point of view for that a model enterprise is not reactive to environment changes only by well resource utilization, they can proactive influence and lead the evolution of TFT LCD industry by well strategies and execution . Guiding the industry environment changes and gear toward an advantage situation for the firm and get extra profit from the market to support their technology research activities, this cycle formed a proactive co-evoluation between a model enterprise and TFT LCD industry.
