團體輔導提升國小學童挫折容忍力之行動研究

An Action Research on Group Guidance for Improving The Students’Frustration Tolerance at Primary Education Level

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小學童在實施挫折容忍力團體輔導方案對挫折容忍力之影響,研究者設計六次團體輔導,每次一節課,每節課六十分鐘的挫折容忍力團體輔導。本研究採用行動研究法進行探究,藉由研究者在現場實際實施團體輔導方案後,經過不斷的行動、反思、修正,在行動的過程建構解決所面臨到的困難及解決方法,並以觀察研究法、訪談法,進行資料蒐集,彙整回饋單、團體活動歷程紀錄、使用谷宗芸2007年編製之兒童挫折容忍力量表進行資料分析,以佐證研究結果。 本研究結論如下: 一、團體輔導有效提升學童挫折容忍力 本研究在實施團體輔導方案過程中採取質量並用,使用挫折容忍力量表、團體輔導錄影、回饋資料作質性分析,並根據量表進行量化資料分析其挫折容忍力有達顯著差異。 二、團體輔導執行中觀察到成員有效的調整與改變 研究者透過質性分析資料,發現成員在每一次的團體輔導過程中提供的挫折及經驗有逐漸以正面看待的態度,成員間會互相給予鼓勵,分享彼此的成功經驗,加強成員對挫折情境的認知及強化自我肯定,透過此活動使成員在生活中遭遇到對挫折的看法及面對的態度逐漸轉變。 三、整體成員的回饋資料顯示對挫折容忍力有效的收穫 透過成員填寫回饋單,鼓勵成員在活動中能夠潛移默化學習正向的態度、擁有正確的挫折應對方式。 最後,本研究根據上述研究結果,針對團體輔導提升國小挫折容忍力提出相關建議以供參考。 本研究建議如下: 一、建議團體活動執行前,確認每一位成員的上課環境及硬體設備是否齊全。 二、活動開始前可以藉由機構的個案紀錄及平日的觀察瞭解成員的需求或者問題,透過量表前後問卷進行施測,以利更瞭解成員的狀態。 三、建議未來能夠透過不同方式觀察成員的成長及改變並搭配量化分析研究實施的結果。

The main purpose of this study is to design and investigate the influence of group guidance on the frustration tolerance of students at primary education level. The researcher designed six sessions of group guidance. It lasted 60 minutes on each session. This study applied action research. During the process of group counseling, the researcher took steps of acting, reflecting, and modifying to solve problems. In addition, Observation and interview method for data collection, feedback sheets, using the Frustration Tolerance Scale for Children, compiled by Ku Tsung Yun in 2007 and group history records were analyzed to prove the inferences of this study. The main finding interviews were applied to collect other related information: 1.The frustration tolerance of students is improved by using Group Guidance. Using the frustration tolerance scale, group guidance video, feedback data for qualitative analysis, and quantitative data analysis for the scale, the research results show that frustration tolerance has been effectively improved 2. Group guidance to took steps effective student adjustment and change. Qualitative data were analyzed by the researcher, Students gradually adopt a positive attitude towards setbacks and experiences in each group guidance session, Students give encouragement, Share successful experiences, Enhance frustration situational awareness and self-affirmation, Students gradually change their attitudes to confront of frustration 3.Feedback data shows that frustration tolerance of this group has improved Students fill out a feedback form to encourage positive attitudes learned during the activity to be put into their lives Finally, based on the research results, relevant suggestions for group counseling to improve the frustration tolerance of elementary school students are put forward for reference. The research recommend are as follows: 1.It is suggested that future researchers confirm the classroom environment and computer equipment are complete for each member before the group guidance is conducted. 2.Using the organization's case records and observing students' needs to understand the students' status better,before the activity starts 3.It is suggested that in the future we can use different ways to observe the growth and change of students ,then using quantitative analysis to investigate the results of implementation
