高中職尖端科技種子教師研習課程之研究

摘要


本研究主要目的是探討參與國科會尖端科技種子教師培育計畫之教師對於研習課程中「行政與宣導」、「師資與教學」、「課程與教材情況」、「設備與設施」、「教師研習成效認知」的滿意度現況。本研究透過問卷調查方式收集資料,總計發出30份問卷,有效回收問卷21份;以敘述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異分析等統計方法,進行資料之驗證與交叉分析。歸納結論如下: 1.尖端科技種子教師培育計畫在本研究的五個層面上,滿意度平均數在4.32~4.55,滿意度介於「滿意」與「非常滿意」之間,顯示參與研習教師對該研習計畫持高度肯定。 2.針對不同研究變項考驗五個層面滿意度的差異,僅「行政與宣導」、「師資與教學」呈現出差異,其餘均未達顯著差異。 3.本研究提出充實培育機構教學設備、針對不同研習計畫辦理成效評鑑、建立制度鼓勵教師進修、以及後續研究等建議,提供研習計畫承辦機構參考。

The main purpose of this study was to get information about the present satisfaction situation of "the executive and propaganda", "teachers and teaching", "curriculum and teaching material situation", "equipment and facility", “result cognition on teacher’s study” in all study courses, by discussing with the high school and vocational high school teachers who took part in the emerging technology in-service training project which spooned by National Science Council. This study collected data through questionnaires. And a total of 30 questionnaires were sent, recycling 21 valid ones. By using statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, t test and One-Way ANOVA, we carried on confirmation and the cross-over analysis on the materials. The conclusions were summarized as follows: ● The average indexes of satisfaction in the five categories of the study are 4.32 to 4.55. They are between “satisfied” or “much satisfied”. Those mean that teachers who participated in the in-service training project felt satisfied about the program. ● The results of testing the difference of the five categories showed evidence about "the executive and propaganda" and "teachers and teaching", but the other 3 categories didn’t show evidence. ● Some suggestions were provided to the host institute of in-service project for reference, such as to fulfill the instructional facility, to evaluate the performance of variety institutes which host in-service teacher’s training project, to established mechanism to encourage teachers pursue in-service courses, to provide chance of participating the continuing research for teachers, etc..
