高中划船選手在身心動作教育課程中的身體覺察能力之行動研究

摘要


本研究透過身心學(somatics)的理論基礎切入,探討高中划船選手在身心動作教育課程中之身體覺察歷程,以瞭解選手在呼吸、身體肌肉張力狀態、身體使用方式、身體異常狀況覺察、身體控制能力覺察等變化情形,此外,依選手的身體覺察能力歷程,針對此身心動作教育課程對划船選手訓練上的適用性做討論。研究方法採用行動研究,以內容分析法及訪談法,參與對象為基隆高中划船校隊共計8人(男生5人,女生3人),資料蒐集以半結構式訪談及問卷調查為主。研究期間為97年8月8日至97年10月13日,實施共9週22節(共22小時)之身心動作教育課程。研究結果發現: 一、高中划船選手接受身心動作教育課程後的身體覺察能力皆呈現進步與 改善之狀態:在選手身體覺察歷程,從開始注意身體當下感覺,到可 選擇用不同的方式展現身體,最後改變模式的進行覺察。 二、課程實施方面,以選手為學習主體,用身體為出發點,藉由身體活動 探索達到身體的再教育,對於划船訓練具有參考的價值。 三、研究者獲得不少收獲與成長,應再增加及進修自我的專業知能。 關鍵詞:身心動作教育、身體覺察、划船訓練

The study was based on the theory of Somatics and discussed senior high school rowers’ ability of body awareness throughout the somatic education courses in order to gain a better understanding of rowers’ changes in breathing, muscle tension status, body usage, awareness of abnormal body conditions, and awareness of body control. In addition, according to the rowers’ development in body awareness, the study focused on the issue of the applicability of somatic education courses for rowing training programmes. Action research was adopted with the content analysis as well as interviews. There were eight participants from the rowing team of Kee-Long High school, among which 5 were male and 3 were female. The data was collected by means of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, dating from 8 August, 2008 to 13 October, 2008, with 22 lessons (equivalent to 22 hrs) of somatic education course in 9 weeks. The results of the study were as follows: 1. After the implement of somatic education course, senior high school rowers’ ability of body awareness have made a progress and been improved. Throughout the development of body awareness, rowers began to notice the instant feelings of the body and were capable of various body expressions which led them to experience the awareness by changing models. 2. Regarding the implement of the course, rowers were taken as the study subjects while their body discovery was regarded as the starting point so as to establish the re-education of the body through activities. The study was worth serving as a reference for rowing training programmes. 3. In the end, the researcher was inspired to advance personal professional competency.
