摘要


由於現今路邊攤販的店家普遍仍是採用人工作業的點菜方式來經營管理,又因這類型店家大多數並無過多的人力可以自由分配,導致管理者有時必須一人分飾多角,時常浪費過多時間於客服和點餐上,造成餐點延誤的狀況。本論文的想法主要是在WinFast-310開發平台上實作一套售價合理且操作便利的無線點餐系統供路邊攤販店家使用,嵌入式系統平台的作業系統為WinCE 6.0且執行所設計的C#程式,呈現圖形化的視窗介面,主要是希望能夠簡化這類型店家傳統的點菜方式及縮短點餐時間,經由無線區域網路傳送電子菜單中的點餐資料。此套點餐系統中的一般使用者介面系統具有點餐、結帳、訂位三種功能;點餐功能是提供顧客點餐,結帳功能是希望顧客消費的餐點及價錢能夠透明化,訂位功能主要是可以減少管理者重複訂位之錯誤及節省管理者與使用者協調訂位的時間。本論文成功的開發出一套介面操作簡單、易於使用的無線點餐系統,依照路邊攤販的菜單樣式作為軟硬體之設計規劃,以達到管理與作業上的便利性。

Nowadays, street vendors still adopt manual ordering operations to run business. Most of vendors have no extra workers to run errands for them. Therefore, the vendor has to do manual jobs by himself/herself, and he/she may sometimes waste too much time on serving customers and providing ordering services. Hence, meals always delay. The paper is intended to design a set of wireless ordering system that are affordable and user-friendly based on the development platform of WinFast-310 that provided street vendors for ordering meals. The operating system in the embedded system platform is WinCE 6.0, and it executes the designed C# program to show graphic windows interfaces. The main purpose is to simplify the traditional meal-ordering service so as to reduce time of ordering meals and providing meals. The data of meal-ordering on the digital menu can be transmitted through Wireless LAN (Wireless Local Area Network). In this meal-ordering system, the interface for general users encompasses three kinds of functions: meal-ordering, bill-paying, and reservation-making. With the function of ordering meals, a customer can order his/her meals; with the function of paying bill, the process of transparency can be achieved, regarding the customer’s meals and prices; as for the function of making reservation, the main purpose is to reduce the manager’s mistakes in making repeated reservations, and save time for the manager and the user on coordinating the reservation-making. In the paper, a set of wireless meal-ordering system has been developed successfully, whose design in software and hardware is planned according to the menu patterns used by street vendors, in order to achieve the convenience in management and operations.
