手足亂倫倖存者的受創與復原經驗之研究

本研究旨在探究手足亂倫倖存者的受創與復原經驗，研究者採用半結構式的深度訪談對兩位成年女性倖存者進行訪談，作為資料蒐集的方式。訪談內容經整理成逐字稿後，以敘事研究法中的「整體-內容」的方式進行資料分析，為使分析內容更加豐富也加入McAdams的分析方法，最後完成研究結果、討論，整理出手足亂倫倖存者的受創經驗之歷程及影響、和復原力。研究發現分述如下：
1. 手足亂倫事件發生前的潛在因素：手足間的情感關係、父母的教養態度、家庭空間、家庭失功能、媒體因素，以及手足間的權力關係等。
2. 手足亂倫事發後對倖存者產生的影響：倖存者與家人難以建立親密關係、性別認同會受到影響，以及不易設定界限。而倖存者在接受專業協助後，能對母親揭露手足亂倫事件，並得到支持，甚至修復與家人的關係，且原諒加害手足之不當行為。
3.手足亂倫倖存者的復原力可分為自我內在復原力與環境復原力兩個向度，自我內在復原力包含高自我效能、積極求助、自我接納、對亂倫事件本身有正向認知與理解，與原諒加害手足等；環境復原力包含家人的支持、專業人員的協助、社會支持系統、以及宗教信仰等。
最後，針對本研究結果，研究者說明本研究的限制，並對專業助人者、倖存者、及未來研究方向提出建議。

Abstract

This study aims to explore the suffering and resilience of sibling sexual abused survivors. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews to collect data with two adult female survivors. Interviews have been collated into word for word transcripts, using narrative research method in the “holistic-content approach” to analysis the data. In addition to make a more substantial analysis, the researcher adds the analysis of McAdams. In the end, the results and the discussion of the research come forth. After sorting out the process, influence, and resilience of sibling sexual abused survivors. Summing up the conclusion of the results of the research, and propose the findings, as follows:
1. The potential factors of the pre-sibling sexual abused survivors are sibling alienation and competition, the survivors win more praise from their parents, sibling living in the same room, family dysfunction, the impact of pornographic media, and the power of the older siblings to control the younger ones.
2. After the incest occurs, the influence to the sibling sexual abused survivors are emotional entanglement with the families, incestuous sibling, and self; it’s difficult to establish an intimate relationship with others; their gender identity confused; and having difficulties in setting boundaries. After receiving professional assistance, the survivors would expose the sibling sexual abuse to their mother. Then they will change a new relationship with the families, and even have the strength to forgive the incestuous sibling.
3. Protection factors include internal resources and environmental resources. The internal resources include high self-efficacy, seeking for help actively, self- acceptance, positive thinking about the sexual abuse experience, and forgiving the incestuous sibling. The environmental resources come from family support, professional helpers, social support system, and the strength of religion.
Finally, the findings of the research can provide for the limited research of nowadays and some suggestions to those who are counselors, helpers, survivors, and to conduct further research.
