國中技藝教育專案編班學生學習滿意度之研究

The Study of the Student's Learning Satisfaction of Planned Grouping Based on Vocational Technical Program in Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討全國國中技藝教育專案編班學生之學習滿意度及專案編班學生學習領域成績與職群成績相關之研究。研究者首先探討國中技藝教育的沿革與現況,以及學習滿意度之相關文獻,作為問卷設計之參考。接著,自行編製「國中技藝教育專案編班學生學習滿意度問卷」,採分層叢集抽樣,以全國辦理技藝教育專案編班之學生為對象進行問卷調查。問卷共發出401份,回收373份,回收率為93%。扣除無效問卷10份後,有效問卷共363份,有效問卷率為97%。問卷回收後,將有效問卷資料輸入電腦進行統計分析,並根據統計數據加以討論。 根據文獻探討與問卷調查結果分析討論結果,得出以下結論: 壹、國中技藝教育專案編班學生對專案編班的學習滿意度偏向正向 貳、部份不同背景變項之學生對於國中技藝教育專案編班的滿意度有顯著差異 一、不同性別學生對於技藝教育專案編班的學習滿意度沒有明顯的差異情形。 二、不同職群學生對於技藝教育專案編班的學習滿意度無論在整體或各構面皆有顯著差異。 三、職群成績為高分組學生之學習滿意度在高職部分構面明顯超過職群成績為中低分組學生。 參、技藝教育專案編班學生職群成績與學習領域成績呈現相關 一、工業類:工業類群成績與數學領域、自然與生活科技領域、健康與體育領域成績達顯著相關。 二、商業類:商業類群成績與自然與生活科技領域、社會領域、健康與體育領域成績達顯著相關。 三、家事類:家事類群成績與藝術與人文領域、綜合活動領域成績達顯著相關。 四、農業類:農業類群成績與健康與體育領域成績達顯著相關。 五、海事水產類:海事水產類群成績與語文領域、數學領域、藝術與人文領域成績達顯著相關。 根據上述研究發現,研究者提出若干建議,供辦理技藝教育專案編班之教育當局、國中學校、合作之高職學校及後續研究參考。

This purpose of the study is developing the students’ learning satisfaction and planned group study and grades in vocational training program students in all junior high schools. First researcher studies the evolutions of vocational training program and current quo; researcher also studied the learning status of satisfaction’s related documentation of the vocational training program students in order to make the survey. Second, researcher edited the questionnaires about students’ satisfaction of learning experiences in vocational training program; these sample students are based on the students from all vocational training program junior high schools with stratified cluster sampling. The total amount of given survey are 401 and the amounts of responses are 373. The percentage of the response is 93%. Deduct the invalid survey which was 10, the valid survey are 363 and the correct percentage is 97%. After collecting the correct survey, the researcher imports the data into computer for statistic calculation and makes the conclusion based on the data. According to the existed study of technical and arts groups and from the actual data results, the conclusion as the following: 1. The satisfaction of vocational junior high school students is positive 2. The satisfaction is significant different from each vocational training students in junior high schools. (1) The satisfaction of vocational training students between genders is similar. (2) The satisfaction of vocational training students between each groups is significant different. (3) The satisfaction of vocational training students between student’s grades is different; the satisfaction is higher in high score students’ group than the low score students ‘group. 2. The relationship between vocational training students and score in each education field. (1) In the domain of industrial career: The interaction of grades is significant between industrial field with mathematic field, science and technology field and health and physical training field. (2) In the domain of business career: The interaction in grades is significant between science and technology field, social study field, health and physical training field and integrated activities field. (3) In the domain of housework career: The interaction is significant of grade in art and humanity field. (4) In the domain of agriculture career: The interaction is significant of grade in health and physical training field. (5) In the domain of aquaculture career: The interaction is significant of grades between language filed, mathematic field and art and humanity field. The research result can provide references for teachers, school administrations and educational administrations in further promotion and suggestions of vocational training program.
