臺中市刑事警察休閒運動參與及休閒運動阻礙之研究

A Study on Recreational Sport Activities Participation and Constraints of Criminal Investigation Police in Taichung City

摘要

本研究旨在探討刑事警察的休閒運動參與現況及休閒運動阻礙因素，研究對象以臺中市刑事警察為例，以Ragheb 與 Griffith (1982) 之定義將休閒運動參與分為參與頻率及參與類型，加上行政院體育委員會 (2011) 運動城市調查的運動強度和運動時間，參與的休閒運動類型由前導研究而來。根據Crawford 與 Godbey (1987) 之休閒阻礙模式，經過因素分析得到結構性阻礙、人際間阻礙、個人內在與親友態度阻礙四構面。研究架構包括：人口統計變項、休閒運動參與及休閒運動阻礙描述性統計，以及人口統計變項對休閒運動參與及阻礙的變異數分析，最後休閒運動參與及阻礙之相關性探討。研究方法為分層抽樣法，針對臺中市刑警大隊及各分局刑警進行問卷調查，共發放300份問卷，回收有效問卷255份，研究結果發現臺中市刑警年齡偏大、已婚居多，大部份為偵查佐、畢業於警專最多，平均年資約18年，最常參與的休閒運動為跑步、爬山等，屬於戶外有氧運動，平均每次運動時間為60分鐘，參與運動的阻礙則是受到時間、場地環境等結構性阻礙影響最劇烈。性別在運動參與上並無顯著差異，29歲以下的刑警更多參與較激烈且有競爭性質之運動，司職分隊長受阻礙程度最高。休閒運動參與及休閒運動阻礙間僅有低度相關，參與類型、阻礙因素、時間與強度亦呈現低度相關及無相關，可見普遍資深的刑警對阻礙之影響能夠取得平衡。本研究建議應鼓勵、教育刑警休閒運動參與，推動運動社團經營，針對不同背景刑事人員做運動計劃，未來研究可擴大比較不同性質警察差異性，延伸探討其它休閒參與類型及休閒阻礙之狀況，以期透過研究之瞭解，可以提升刑事警察士氣，帶動工作效率，進而安定社會治安。

The purpose of this research was to understand recreational sport activities participation and constraints of criminal investigation police in Taichung City. Further,understanding
the relationship between the recreational sport activities participation and constraints of Criminal investigation police. This research adopting a questionnaire survey, and
conducted with purposive sampling method. 255 effective questionnaires were obtained.
The result of this research is abstracted as follow: 1. criminal investigation police in Taichung City are mainly male with 40~49 years old, and the most participated leisure
sport is jogging, next are riding bike, climbing, swimming, the most constraints factor is structural constraints, second is interpersonal constraints. 2. Different marriage, age, education, seniority, and job have significant on participation. Different gender, marriage, education, and seniority have significant on constraints. 3. Recreational sport activities participation and constraints have significant low correlation. This research expect to
provide some suggestions and advices of criminal investigation police participate in recreational sport and decrease recreational sport constraints. Promotion recreational sport activities participation in criminal investigation police, founding recreational sport
club, and working-side gym.
