學校行政人員美感素養之研究-以某國立大學行政人員為例

摘要

美感素養對生活素質提升的重要性已逐漸受到重視，而且美感素養的影響也是多面向的。美感素養乃發自內心對人事時地物之美的感受與追求，故美感素養對學校行政人員身心陶冶及處事態度亦深具影響。質言之，廿一世紀的國民生活品質亦應融入美感的素養。
本論文以大學行政人員為調查研究的對象，其目的在於了解大學行政人員美感素養的現況，俾對提升大學行政人員美感素養提出建設性建議。
至於研究方法，除了文獻探討、分析和比較外，主要採取問卷調查法。問卷內容之美感素養分為「參與藝術的習慣」與「對藝術的態度」兩個向度，藉以了解大學行政人員美感素養的現況，並將之與一般民眾美感素養進行比較，以確立大學行政人員美感素養在臺灣整體民眾之定位或程度，也為大學行政人員美感素養之應興應革，提出可思考的重點和方向，以增進大學行政績效，期有利營建優質大學。

The aesthetic literacy for improving the life quality has becoming more aware moreover, this aesthetic sense has many influential ways. The aesthetic literacy is mainly from the innermost feeling and desire of the beauty of human affairs, locations, and materials. Therefore, the aesthetic sense has a strong influential to administrators' attitude, body, and mind. Gradually, the twenty first century's living standard has blend into this aesthetic sense.
The author uses university administrative personals as the study object, and the goal of this paper lies in the present understanding of university administrators' aesthetic sense, and to improve the university administrative personnel aesthetic sense by providing constructive programmes.
As for research method, except for the bibliography, the analysis and the comparison, mainly use empirical study, in terms of survey and statistical analysis. The content of the esthetic literacy is divided into "the participation art habits" and "the artistic manner" two directions, to understand the general esthetic sense of university administrative personnels. And compare with the esthetic sense of the general public, which will establish the difference in the esthetic sense of university administrative personnel and the general population, also will determine if there should do anything to improve the university administrators' esthetic literacy, to better the university administration achievements, to pursue for a the higher quality university.
