國中學區對數位落差影響之研究

本研究旨在探討位於都會城市邊陲的學校，因為區域的特殊與複雜，所組成的特殊學區學校之學生是否有數位落差（digital divide）的現象存在及其相關影響之因素，並進一步探討與其他同為都市學校學區的國中生彼此間數位落差的差異，來印證因學區的特殊對數位落差形成的影響，試圖找出其相關的影響因素或造成數位落差的原因。
本研究方法係採用文獻分析與問卷調查法，依據文獻分析與相關研究的結果，改編成「國中生數位落差現況調查問卷」與「學校資訊教育環境調查問卷」兩部分問卷，針對本研究地區（溪崑地區）的國中二年級學生，與鄰近板橋市、新莊市、樹林市等市中心各一所國民中學學校二年級學生作資料蒐集。從學區組成的區域、及家庭層面來探討本研究地區因學區特殊是否造成學生在「資訊科技的接近使用機會」（information access）、「資訊內容接近使用」（access to type of content）、「資訊素養」（information literacy）等相關層面上有差異存在，並與鄰近市中心學區學校比較在相同層面上是否有差異存在，且進一步探討在不同學區學校因素，如學校設備與資訊教育課程與數位落差的關聯性。

經統計分析後，本研究之主要發現：

壹、學區組成的特殊，在同學區不同居住區域的學生彼此間存在數位落差的現象
貳、學區內國中生之數位落差與個人之家庭因素有重要關聯
參、學區的組成差異會影響到學生數位落差的形成
肆、學校資訊教育環境與資訊設備對學生影響有限

最後，依據本研究之發現與結論，提出對教育行政機關、類似學區學校及家長之相關政策建議。

Abstract

The thesis is to explore the relationship between the digital divide of the junior high school students who are at the same school district but from various border areas of cities: Si Kun, Pan Chiao city, Sinjhuang city, Shulin city.
We adopt documents analysis and questionnaire methods to investigate the problem. Based on the factors of students’ personal and family issues and living area, we do comprehensive analysis including information access, access to the type of content and information literacy.

The major research findings are listed as follows:
1. For special school district students, there really exist the digital divide problems.
2. In the school district, there is a strong relationship between the digital divide and the personal background.
3. The digital divide of students in different school districts exists.
4. For the junior high students, the information education environment and information equipments are limited effect.
