國民中學健康與體育學習領域實施九年一貫課程現況之檢討

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在檢討國民中學健康與體育學習領域實施九年一貫課程的情形。研究者以相關文獻的探討為基礎,理解健康與體育學習領域課程之特色、實施之現況與問題之後;其次,就民國三十七年以至民國八十九年九年一貫課程綱要頒布之間,各次修訂之課程標準或課程綱要為依據,詳為分析其課程目標及相關內容之變與不變,俾便掌握其演進的趨向與發展的重點。同時,研究者於九十三年七月至九十四年十月之間,透過質化研究方式,針對國民中學健康與體育學習領域教師四位及臺北縣國民中學健康與體育學習領域輔導團二位之教師實施訪談,以及文件分析等,獲得本研究之結論如下: 壹、健康與體育領域課程之實施,希望培養學生實踐健康行為能力習慣,擁有良好之體適能。貳、健康與體育領域課程實施現況,大部分教師仍以教科書為主要教材,採取分科教學,實施多元評量為不容忽視之要務。參、健康與體育領域課程實施產生問題,須加強理念交流,並採用適當的配套措施。 依據上述之結論,研究者分別對提出相關的建議如下: 壹、對健康與體育學習領域教師的建議:一、了解課程改革目標。二、提昇教師專業成長。三、發揮團隊合作精神。 貳、對學校行政單位之建議:一、積極支援教學需求。二、運用經費充實設施。三、提升行政效率效能。 參、對教育行政機構之建議:一、傾聽第一線人員聲音。二、建立專業的評鑑機制。三、行政計畫宜審慎周延。 最後,研究者針對後續研究的方法與對象方面,提出建議。 關鍵詞:健康與體育學習領域、九年一貫課程、課程標準、課程暫行綱要、課程綱要

Abstract The purpose of the research is to discuss the implementation of Health and Physical Education courses in Grade 1-9 Curriculum in junior high school. Based on related documents, the author has tried to comprehend the features, the current implementation and afterward problems of Health and Physical Education. Then, according to each revised version of curriculum standards or guidelines bestowed between 1948 to 2000, the author has analyzed the differences of the goals of the curriculum and the contents in order to follow its trend and development. Meanwhile, through the interviews with six Health and Physical Education teachers and two Health and Physical Education counselors of Taipei County, along with the analysis of collected documents, the research is concluded as followed: I. The course of Health and Physical Education is aimed to develop students’ habit of exercise as well as strong bodies and stamina. II. Most Health and Physical Education teachers, currently, still teach by the textbooks; therefore the separation of the two subjects and the implementation of diversified evaluation must not be neglected III. The problems of the curriculum should be moderately solved with exchanges of different ideas. According to the conclusion listed above, individual suggestions are made as follows: I. Suggestions to Health and Physical Education teachers are 1. The understanding of the goals of the curriculum 2. Upgrading of teachers’ profession 3. The cooperation from the member as a team II. Suggestions to the administrations of schools are 1. Active and full support in teaching for teachers 2. The renewal and purchase of necessary facilities 3. The improvement of the administration’s efficiency III. Suggestions to the education department are to: 1. Listen to the inner voices of teachers 2. Set up a professional evaluation system 3. make administrative plans discreetly
