印刷工業由於電腦的應用,由圖文整合到跨流程整合再到媒體整合,科技技術無一不應用到印刷上。在資訊社會中不斷的充實知識,追求新知,已成為個人生活的方式,也是個人生存的條件。在多變的社會環境下,一個高職印刷科畢業生應具備之專業基本能力為何?才能應付現在及未來社會之需求,實為重要課題。 本研究主要目的為:(一)探討不同對象(教師和印刷企業主管)對高職印刷科畢業生應具專業基本能力看法之差異性;(二)探討不同背景因素填答者對高職印刷科畢業生應具專業基本能力看法之差異性;(三)建構我國高職印刷科畢業生之專業基本能力;及(四)綜合研究分析結果與建議,期能做為未來高職印刷科課程修訂之參考。 本研究採問卷調查法進行,總樣本數計有366人,其中印刷教育界樣本數為66人,印刷企業界樣本數為300人,有效回收率為33.9%。本研究調查問卷之效度採用內容效度,以專家學者審查來考驗問卷內容效度;而信度考驗則採用Cronbach's a係數進行內部一致性評估。 本研究所獲結論為:(一)高職印刷科畢業生應具專業基本能力,共計有13單元及56項基本能力;(二)教師對高職印刷科畢業生應具專業基本能力的認同度高於印刷企業主管;及(三)不同性別、學歷、年資之填答者對高職印刷科畢業生應具專業基本能力的看法頗有一致性,而不同專長、區域填答者之看法則有顯著差異。
Computer technology has been widely applied in various fields of printing industry, such as the integration of graphics, prepress, and media. For one to acquire knowledge constantly has become both a life style and an essential requirement for making one’s living in this changeable society. What professional fundamental competence a vocational high school graduate should have in the field of printing industry? It is an important issue to take into consideration for the education system. This thesis first tried to examine the different views on the professional fundamental competence a graduate should have between teachers in printing industry fields and business supervisors. Second, it aimed to explore the variation resulted from respondents of different backgrounds. Third, it tried to draw a blueprint for equipping students in this field. And finally, based on former findings and results, it tried to make suggestions for the arrangement of future curriculum. Through my study on documents and employment of questionnaire, this thesis comes to the following conclusions. First, a graduate should be equipped with 56 basic skills under thirteen categories. Second, teachers’ recognition of the fundamental professional competence of a graduate is stronger than that of business supervisors. Third, respondents of different genders, academic backgrounds, and seniorities, tend to reach consensus on the professional competence, while respondents of different specialty and geographic areas shows clear diversity in their views.
