本研究目的為(1)比較城鄉與學童健康體適能之差異(2)比較社經地位與學童健康體適能之差異(3)比較城鄉學童在不同社經水準之下,其健康體適能之差異(4)比較本研究結果與86學年檢測結果之差異。研究對象為宜蘭縣立國民小學五年級男生,依城鄉進行取樣,共得有效樣本369名。所採用研究工具有(1)家庭狀況調查表、兒童運動調查問卷(2)健康體適能測驗:包括身體質量指數、立定跳遠、仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎和800公尺跑走。所得資料以描述統計、雙因子變異數分析、卡方檢定、t考驗進行分析,得到以下結論:(1)立定跳遠、仰臥起坐和800公尺跑走和體適能總分方面,鄉村學童優於城市學童(P<.05)。(2)不同社經等級學童,其健康體適能無顯著差異。(3)城鄉不同社經等級學童健康體適能,無顯著差異。(4)立定跳遠、坐姿體前彎不如86學年所測結果(P<.05)。 關鍵詞:健康體適能、兒童、城鄉、社經地位
The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary school boys physical fitness, and compared the difference of family Social -Economic Status(SES) and area. The participants were 369 students from at 5th grade levels. Instruments were used as following : 1)Children sports inventory, which was developed by the researcher, and Questionaire(SESQ). 2)Physical fitness test included: Body Mass Index(BMI), One-minute sit up, standing jump(SJ), Sit and reach(SR), and 800m walk/run(800mWR). The obtained data were statistically treated by two-way ANOVA and Chi-Square test. Results: First, suburban student good than urban student in one-minute sit up, SJ, and 800mWR(p<.05). Second, there was no significant difference in Physical Fitness test between SES groups. Third, there was no significant difference between SES groups in areas.
