已婚男性家庭生活教育需求及其影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究已婚男性家庭生活教育需求之現況及其影響因素。首先就相關文獻進行探討,以作為研究設計之參考。其次採問卷調查法,以台北市八所國小406位學生父親為樣本,使用自編之「已婚男性家庭生活教育需求問卷」。將結果經單因子多變量變異數分析、薛費事後考驗、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析及逐步區別分析等統計方法加以分析。得到研究結論如下: (一)雙親家庭中之家事角色仍存有性別區隔的情形。 (二)家庭主婦之丈夫自認在婚姻角色及家庭經濟角色上擔負較多責 任。 (三)當前多數之已婚男性對家庭生活教育均感到有需求,尤以親職教育最為殷切。 (四)年輕之已婚男性對家庭與社會參與教育有較高的需求傾向。 (五)主幹家庭、擴展家庭或年輕之已婚男性對家人互動與照護教育有較高的需求傾向。 (六)對婚姻角色擔負較低之已婚男性對婚姻教育有較高的需求傾向;對家庭經濟角色擔負較低之已婚男性則對家庭經濟教育有較高的需求傾向。 (七)低社經之已婚男性對家庭生活教育有較高的需求傾向。 (八)單考慮已婚男性社會人口變項、家庭背景變項及家庭角色擔負,較難充分預測其家庭生活教育需求情形。 最後,研究者並就已婚男性、家庭生活教育相關單位、政府,及未來研究提出相關建議。

The purposes of this research are to explore the needs and influential factors of family life education of married men. First, the researcher probes into the related documents, which serve as reference for the design of research. Then, adopts questionnaire survey method to draw a sample of 406 fathers of schoolchildren from 8 primary schools in Taipei, and uses a researcher-developed “Questionnaire of married men’s needs for family life education”. The results are analyzed with statistical procedures such as one-way MANVOA, scheffe's posteriori comparisons, pearson’s product-moment correlations, stepwise-multiple regression and discriminant analysis. The conclusions of the research are as follows: 1.Gender segregation of household role still exist in parents family. 2.Husbands of housewives consider themselves have undertaken more responsibility in marital and family economic roles. 3.Currently, most married men have needs for family life education, especially eager for parent education. 4.Young married men have a higher tendency to the needs for family and social participation education. 5.In stem family, extended family or young married men have a higher tendency to the needs for family interaction and care education. 6.Married men who undertake less in marital role have a higher tendency to the needs for marital education; those who undertake less in family economic role have a higher tendency to the needs for family economic education. 7.Married men with low socio-economic status have a higher tendency to the needs for family life education. 8.It is difficult to predict married men's needs for family life education with only demographic variables, family background variables and family role undertake. Finally, the researcher brings up connected suggestions for married men, family life education organizations, the government and future researches.
