近年來隨著工商業的蓬勃發展,國人日益富足,閒暇時間的增加與整個國民所得提高以及生活型態方式產生巨大的改變,使得國人不再像從前那樣為了生活不停的工作,在享受經濟成長的豐富物質成果之際,也慢慢注重愉悅的精神生活。這些改變提昇國人的休閒品質,藉以調劑身心而創造更佳的工作效率與生活樂趣,進而提昇國民生活素質,促使我國旅行人口正不斷的呈現倍數的成長,同時對休閒活動也愈來愈受到重視。 基於一般大眾對流行趨勢的關注,與強大的需求,使得行李箱的製造不但展露多樣化的風采,更顯得生機蓬勃。相對於市場上活力十足的現象,行李箱這個行業,在國內卻被稱為傳統甚至夕陽工業,而且紛紛將產業移轉到中國大陸。本研究將先探討消費者的行為模式,藉探討的結果擬出消費者的需求;再探討目前產業所面臨的瓶頸與問題;最後應用於行李箱之設計上,企圖將產品與消費者之間建立良好的溝通橋樑,建立雙贏的局面。
With the rapid development of industry and commercial business, people in Taiwan are getting richer nowadays. They do not work constantly as did they before because they have longer leisure hour, higher income, and different life styles. With the fruit of high economical growth, people in Taiwan have paid more and more attention to their spiritual life. These changes have uplifted not only the quality of entertainment but also the living standard. Because of the proper regulation of physical and mental activities, people find more efficiency in their work and more fun in their life. The result is that there is a remarkable growth in the travelling population. The amusing activity has been much more emphasized. The concern and urgent demand from the public makes possible the variation of trunk design. In contrast to the active market, the trunk industry has been referred to as a traditional or even a setting-sun industry. More and more manufacturers transfer their production lines to Mainland China. The author, therefore, first discussed the consumer’s behavior model to clearly investigate the consumer’s needs. The bottleneck and problems the local trunk industry is encountering currently were then delineated. The outcome of the marketing research was applied to the development of trunk design. The author hopes that such an approach can act as a bridge linking the product and consumers and help tackle some problems currently faced by local industry.
