論文摘要 本創作研究旨在探討插畫在平面設計作品上表現方式的研究與應用。同時以個人插畫創作的經驗與繪畫能力從事創作研究,創作主題的設定則以個人生活體驗為出發點,以期創作出至少能感動自己的作品。 本研究共分為五部分,茲簡述如下: (一)、第一章:說明本研究的動機與目的,並依研究方法和範圍限制擬定研究架構與流程。 (二)、第二章:探討插畫的定義、插畫的發展與現況、優良插畫的要素,並依插畫的特質與分類,分析媒材特性、插畫的表現型態,以及插畫與使用媒體的關係。 (三)、第三章:將插畫表現的媒材、技法、表現方式與應用功能以實務製作的方式,從事實驗研究與表現分析。 (四)、第四章:將創作理念、創作作品與應用內容明確呈現,並針對創作作品整理分析,以找出作品更多的可能性。 (五)、第五章結論:以創作研究的心得,說明插畫家的必備條件,及電腦之於圖像語言藝術創作者的關係,並提出對台灣插畫環境的建議與期望,希望因更多人的參與和重視而提升國內插畫的水平。
Abstract This paper is to discuss the various displays and applications of the illustration on the graphic design. It is accomplished on the basis of both personal experiences in illustration-creating and specific painting ability of the writer. Themes of the creations are originated from individual sensibility to life and are expected to become touching works. This paper includes five chapters: (1) Chapter 1 states the motivation and purpose of the paper and stretches the frame and processes according to research methods adn limits. (2) Chapter 2 defines the illustion, and discusses its current state, possible development and required elements, and classifies illustrations according to their specialities. In addition, Chapter 2 also talks about medium-analysing, forms of display, and the relationship between illustrations and the media. (3) Chapter 3 evaluates the outcome when certain mediums, techniques, styles and applications are put into practice. (4) Chapter 4 clearly presents personal conception about creation, original works and related applications and creates more possible works through further arrangement and analysis. (5) Chapter 5, as a conclusion, makes clear the essential qualifications to be an illustrator and how the computer relates to the graphic design. Furthermore, out of personal concern, the writer put forward her suggestions about the whole situation of illustions in Taiwan, hoping that with more and more people’s attention and participation, the level of the illustration in our own country will be enhanced.
