本研究旨在瞭解高職學校技職教師其教師效能感的現況及影響教師效能感的相關因素,並根據研究結果提出增進高職學校技職教師效能感之方法。 本研究採調查研究法,透過文獻探討與問卷調查,蒐集有關高職學校技職教師之教師效能感資料,研究工具是以自編之高職學校技職教師效能感調查問卷,內容包含個人背景資料、相關因素及教師效能感量表三部分。本研究抽取國內34所高職學校,680位技職教師為樣本,回收有效問卷計有591份,回收率為86.9%。 本研究主要結論有以下四點: 一、技職教師效能感高低依序為個人教學效能感,個人專業效能感最後是 一般教學效能感。 二、影響技職教師效能感的個人背景變項性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、最高學 歷、任教年資、職務、企業服務、任教類別、教師資格、學校所在地 及得獎與否。 三、與高職學校技職教師效能感有相關的因素有教學歸因、任教意願、任 教興趣、行政領導、薪資待遇、職業聲望、政府措施等七項。能預測 高職學校技職教師效能感的相關因素有任教興趣、行政領導、教學歸 因、任教意願、職業聲望等五變項,其中以任教興趣變項較具預測 力。 四、有關增進高職學校技職教師效能感之方法如下述,增進教師的教學興 趣、加強學校行政領導、建立教師教學的責任感、增進教師的任教意 願及提升教師的職業聲望。 最後,本研究根據研究發現與結論,分別對教師個人、學校及教育行政機關等三方面,對提昇高職學校技職教師效能感提出建議,並提出後續研究之建議。
ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the dimension and present status of vocational teachers’ sense of efficacy in Vocational High School, and some important variables of personal background that may affect the sense of efficacy. Descriptive methods, aided with literature reviews and surveys, were used in this study to collect information on vocational teachers’ sense of efficacy. The research used a self-developed questionnaire entitled “questionnaire on vocational teachers’ sense of efficacy in Vocational High School” as its instrument, which consisted of three parts: personal background information, related factors of teachers’ tense of efficacy, and Questionnaire on Vocational Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy. Study samples were 680 vocational teachers from 34 Vocational High School. There were 591 validly questionnaires returned, accounting for 86.9% of the total questionnaires distributed. The four conclusions obtained from this study are summarized as follows: 1.The order of vocational teachers’ sense of efficacy is personal teaching efficacy, personal professional efficacy and general teaching efficacy. 2.Personal background variables that affect sense of efficacy are sex, age, the state of matrimony, the record of formal schooling, number of years in teaching, a post, enterprise service, field of teaching, teacher’s qualification , school location and award or not. 3.The related factors that affect sense of efficacy are attribution of instructional achievement, teaching aspiration, teaching interest, administration Leadership, salary, professional prestige and the government measure. The related factors that forecast sense of efficacy are, with teaching interest the most effective one. 4.The method to promote the vocational teachers’ sense of efficacy are as follows: improving teachers’ interest in teaching, strengthening coordination with the administration Leadership, establishing teachers’ sense of responsibility in teaching, improving teachers’ aspiration in teaching and raising teachers’ professional prestige. Finally, based on the research findings and conclusions, substantial suggestions are made and a list of further reading is provided to enhance vocational teachers’ sense of efficacy from the following three aspects: individual teacher, school and educational authorities.
