摘要 本研究主要之目的在於瞭解青少年的睡眠品質現況,並進一步探討個人背景因素、家庭因素、課業壓力與其睡眠品質之關係,以及比較睡眠品質在白天功能的差異。研究是以某完全中學學校九十一年度在學學生為母群體,採分層集束抽樣法,主要利用自填式問卷方式進行資料收集,共得有效樣本492份,佔回收的98.4﹪。其重要結果歸納如下: 一、 睡眠品質不良者(PSQI>5分)超過八成(82.3%),而屬於具有良好睡眠品質(PSQI≦5分)僅佔三成(17.7%);整體睡眠品質得分之平均值為7.43分,顯示多數研究對象之睡眠品質屬於「差」的情況,其中最常見的睡眠問題則是「個人主觀睡眠品質不滿意」。 二、 不同「社經地位」、「父母督導行為」之研究對象在睡眠品質上無顯著差異。而「女性」、「高中生」、「自覺健康狀況差」、「身體症狀數多」、「無規律運動者」、「生活習慣差」、「父親督導睡眠行為愈少」及「課業壓力大」的研究對象,其睡眠品質愈差,對於睡眠品質之解釋力為32.6%。 三、 睡眠品質差的研究對象比睡眠品質良好者在白天功能表現上較差。 根據本研究結果,提出在學校健康中心成立睡眠問題諮詢管道,讓有睡眠問題的學生提供相關資訊,並結合健康與體育專業領域的相關課程單元教學,培養學生正向的健康價值觀、態度,建立正確的生活習慣,結合家庭的參與,將健康行為確實落在日常生活中,以提昇良好的睡眠品質。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to understand the circumstance of teenagers’ sleeping quality and to farther discuss how the individual demographic backgrounds, family factors and homework pressure related to the issue; however, to compare how the different sleeping qualities function in day time. Results found: 1. The poor sleepers(PSQI>5)are over 82.3﹪. The good sleepers(PSQI≦5)are only 17.7﹪. The average of sleep quality in this study is 7.43.The result shows sleeping quality is poor. The most common problem is personal subjectivism of sleeping quality. 2. Among, research objects from different socioeconomic status and under different parent's supervisory behavior don’t have notable difference. Female, research objects and high-school students, research objects with poor self-perceived health status、psychosomatic symptoms frequency、and regularly exercise, parent's supervisory behavior, homework pressure and with look of bad life accustomed 32.6﹪. 3. Good sleepers functions better than in day time poor sleepers. The results are supplied to establish the sleeping problem information desk in healthy center to help students solve problem; besides, it aims to combine the Health and Physical Education Learning Area together cultivate students to have positive healthy concept, attitude, good life accustomed and to encourage family to participate in. Healthy behavior should daily to promote carry out in life a good sleep quality.
