建構教學活動知識管理模式研究

摘要


二十世紀末隨著產業的快速變遷與競爭,企業若只依賴技術優勢已無法確保其領先地位,各企業正面臨著前所未有的挑戰。如何讓產業在二十一世紀仍保有競爭的優勢,成為企業界尋求生存首要面對的問題。因此「知識管理」(KM:knowledge management)漸漸受到企業界的重視,同時國內外也陸續有「知識管理」(KM)相關的研究發表。然而多數研究屬於產業上的應用,鮮少有針對教育教學活動來探討知識管理推動步驟與模式的研究。 本研究首先探討知識管理中各種「知識的特性」與「知識管理模式」;歸納出針對教學活動知識管理的四個基本構面:「活動成員」、「知識內容」、「分享」、「資訊技術」,並分別探討及建立其個別知識管理參考模式,同時擬定教學活動知識管理推動導入程序,進而利用「整合資訊系統架構」(ARIS:architecture of integrated information system)工具協助,建構教學活動知識管理模式。 依照教學活動知識管理推導程序流程順序,利用範例詳細說明教學活動知識管理模式,並介紹各步驟使用的分析工具及方法。提供日後學校與教學活動規劃設計者,將知識管理導入教學活動中時的參考。最後,針對教學活動知識管理模式,提出具體地結論與建議。 關鍵詞:知識管理 (KM:knowledge management)、整合資訊系統架構(ARIS:architecture of integrated information system)、教學活動(Instructional Activity)。

Abstract On account of highly ever-changing and competitive nature of business environment in recent years, it is not sure to maintain competitiveness, if the enterprise just depends on the leading of technical skills. They are face with an all-new contest. How to maintain competitiveness in 21 centuries, it become to the first enterprise’s problem for solve. Therefore the enterprise began to emphasize the approach of Knowledge Management. The international and domestic research works of knowledge management presented continually. However, most of the research was concerned about the strategic applications of knowledge management, and few of them further investigated the performing steps and reference models of instructional activity knowledge management. This research first explore various kinds of 「knowledge properties」and 「knowledge management models」and then introduce four basic dimensions for instructional activity which are:「instructional activity & personnel」, 「contents of knowledge」, 「share」, and 「information technology」. Constructed each dimension knowledge management reference model, and describe by detail. Using Architecture of Integrated Information System (ARIS) along with the framework of performing steps modeling instructional activity base on knowledge management. According to instructional activity base on knowledge management performing steps. Describe the instructional activity knowledge management model by samples. Introduce every step analysis using tools and methods. Provide schools and teachers who want to make the instructional activity base on knowledge management to consult. Finally, some suggestions and recommendations are proposed after modeling instructional activity based on knowledge management.
