運動夏令營活動指導員專業能力之研究

摘要


國內許多學校跟機關團體都會舉辦運動類型的夏令營,但對於運動夏令營的師資標準,國內並沒有相關的規範,導致品質良莠不齊。因此,本研究之目的為探討運動夏令營相關產業界、官方與學術界對運動夏令營活動指導員專業能力項目之看法與差異。本研究選取臺灣運動夏令營產官學界,具夏令營經驗達5年以上、曾擔任其師資及從事相關研究之十位專家學者進行深度訪談,訪談後整理訪談內容,進行編碼、歸納及分析。本研究結果如下:一、運動夏令營活動指導員應具備之專業能力可分為五大構面,分別為專業知識、行政管理能力、專業技能與專業態度。首先在:1.專業知識構面包含:「運動專長」、「運動傷害防護」、「急救處理」、「教學指導」與「課程設計與管理」五項;2.行政管理構面則包括:「風險管理」與「活動計劃」;3.專業技能構面則有:「活動領導」、「運動傷害防護」、「急救處理」、「溝通技巧」、「教學技能」與「該項運動專長」;4.專業態度構面則包含「工作態度」,共計13項重要指標;5.其他相關能力包含:「創意概念」、「相關運動知識與生活常識」、「研習運動禮儀課程」、「器材操作能力」。二、運動夏令營產官學界均具共識的項目,在重要指標部分除了教學指導、課程設計與管理及活動計畫三項之外,看法ㄧ致。針對以上結果,本研究建議:一、推動運動夏令營師資認證。二、加強培訓運動夏令營指導員教學相關技能與知識。三、能確實執行風險與安全管理工作。四、對後續研究建議以?化研究瞭解運動夏令營活動指導員專業能力指標、針對其他營隊類型的夏令營指導員進行研究、針對國內運動夏令營舉辦單位做個案研究。

Many schools and organizations hold sports camps in Taiwan during summer vacation, but the standards of sports camp instructors’ professional competency have not been established. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to understand sports summer camp instructor’ professional competency. From industrial, official, academic fields of sports summer camp industry. Ten subjects who were more than five year experience in instructing or studying in summer camps. The subjects were interviewed by semi-structure questions. The results were as following: 1. The professional competency for sports summer camp instructor included (1). Professional knowledge, which were “expertise in sport”, “first aid & emergency care”, “care prevention of athletic injuries”, “curriculum design”, “professional teaching knowledge”. (2). Administration and Management, which were “planning”, “risk management”. (3). Professional skills, which were “skills in sports”, “injury prevention and first aid”, “communication skills”, “teaching skills”. (4). Professional attitude, which were “work attitude”. (5). Other relevant skills, which were “creativity”, “general knowledge” “operating equipment”, “courtesy”. 2. Except three items, “curriculum design”, “professional teaching knowledge” and “planning.”, ten experts pay great attention to other ten items. The study suggested that to: 1. Establish the rule of qualification. 2. To enhance on student’s teaching skill in physical education curriculum. 3. To enforce risk management and safety more efficiently. 4. To conduct qualitative studies to understand the sports camp instructors’ professional competency.
