科技大學學生投入社團與創造人格特質、倦怠感及復原力之關係研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討科技大學學生參與社團、創造人格特質、倦怠感與復原力的現況、差異、相關及預測情形。本研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究工具使用「創造人格特質量表」、「復原力量表」及「倦怠感量表」,以V科技大學學生為研究對象,正式問卷回收1059份,資料經因素分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。主要研究結果如下: 一、不同背景變項的大學生之創造人格特質、倦怠感、復原力達部份顯著差異。 二、創造人格特質與倦怠感呈現少部分負相關、與復原力有中度正相關,而倦怠感與復原力呈現正相關,有無參加社團與創造人格特質、倦怠感有低度正相關。 三、創造人格特質對倦怠感、復原力有部份預測力。 從本次和相關研究推論創造人格特質有助於降低倦怠感,提升復原力;參加社團對於創造人格特質、倦怠感及復原力是正面的。最後提出建議,供學校創造力教學、社團輔導及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the student’s club participation, creative personality, burnout, resilience for students in the University of Technology, and to discuss the differences among them based on personal background. Instruments used in this study included: Creative Personality Scale, Resilience Scale and Burnout Scale. Methodologically, the study employed a questionnaire survey. The research samples were the students who study in the V University, and effective copies of questionnaire are 1059. According to the purpose of this study, official data analysis included descriptive statistic, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, regression analysis, and other statistical methods for data analysis. The results of the research are stated as follows: 1.There is a significance correlation between different background variables among students’ creative personality, burnout and resilience. 2.There are partly significantly negative correlations between creative personality and burnout; there are significantly moderate positive correlations between creative personality and resilience; and there are significantly positive correlations between burnout and resilience. There are significantly modest positive correlations among student club Involvement, creative personality and burnout. 3.Creative personality could partially predict from burnout and resilience. The research inferred that students participating in club all receive positive benefit for the creative personality from research, burnout and resilience. Finally, the research makes suggestion based on the results of empirical study for creativity teaching, student’s club counseling and researches in the future.
