合作式國中技藝教育學程學生學習滿意度之研究--以桃園市為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討合作式國中技藝教育學程學生之學習滿意度。以修編之「合作式國中技藝教育學程學生學習滿意度問卷」針對桃園市某承辦合作式國中技藝教育學程之職業學校國中技藝教育學程學生進行調查。 問卷發放750 份,回收有效問卷697份,有效回收率為92.9%。研究發現如下: 一、桃園市職校國中技藝教育學程學生對於整體學習滿意度具有良好滿意程度傾向。 二、家長教育程度為高中職者,學生學習滿意度較優於家長為專科或大學畢業者。 三、家長職業類別為醫療照護者之生涯發展滿意度低於軍公教警、科技業、商業、工業、自由業及其他職業類別者,且家長職業為其他類別者之生涯發展滿意度也高於軍公教警者。 四、課程學習滿意度與教師教學、學習環境、人際關係、生涯發展及整體學習滿意度皆有顯著正向中高度相關。 五、教師教學滿意度亦與學習環境、人際關係、生涯發展以及整體學習滿意度具有顯著正向中高度相關性。 六、學習環境滿意度與人際關係、生涯發展及整體滿意度具顯著正向中高度相關。 七、人際關係滿意度與生涯發展及整體滿意度具顯著正向高度相關。

This study intends to explore students’ learning-satisfaction for junior high schools at cooperative technique education program. This study uses survey questionnaire as the tool to collect data, specifically targeted for sponsoring junior high schools at cooperative technique education program in Taoyuan city. Total number of survey questionnaires distributed was 750, and 53 out of 750 were collected with 697 marked as useful questionnaires, an amazing return-rate of 81.0%. The research conclusions are shown below: (1). the junior high school students at Cooperative Technique Education Program in Taoyuan city have a tendency to be satisfied with overall learning satisfaction. (2). the parental education level is high school, and the student's learning satisfaction is better than that of the parents as a specialist or university graduate. (3). the parental occupational category is lower than the military education, science and technology, business, industry, free industry and other occupational categories, and the career development satisfaction of the parental occupation is higher than that of other categories. Military police officers. (4). Course satisfaction is significantly positively correlated with teacher teaching, learning environment, interpersonal relationship, career development and overall learning satisfaction. (5). Teacher teaching satisfaction also has a significant positive and medium correlation with learning environment, interpersonal relationship, career development and overall learning satisfaction. (6). Learning environment satisfaction is significantly positively correlated with interpersonal relationships, career development and overall satisfaction. (7). Interpersonal relationship satisfaction is significantly positively correlated with career development and overall satisfaction.
