應用綠色「4R」概念於日常生活產品之創作研究 - 以瓦楞紙產品為例

摘要


1世紀掀起工業4.0開始因縮短開發與測試時間讓資源成本可以回收,縮短進料跟生產時間,回饋到產品設計開發研發製造過程,並影響開發過程是否降低材料耗損,是非常值得探討的議題。依考量產品原材料的特性,使產品廢棄時能將其材料或未損壞的零部件透過環保性質之回收、再循環、再利用的材質。經文獻分析探討,傳統開發產品過程往往會產生大量不必要的耗材。 近期,藉由電腦3D模擬結構,可客製化與少量多樣化的性質製作,被運用在各類產品之中。若以創作產品設計中在產品研發製程週期,優先考慮產品打樣材料對環境是否污染做為初步概念,使用過後充分運用產品原材料的特性,會讓自然環境下容易降解和易於回收的材料,在廢棄處理或製造過程中用綠色4R概念將降低產品開發過程的不必要浪費。 本研究經由: 綠色設計「4R」概念Reduce(減量)、Reuse(再使用)、Recycle(回收)、Regeneration(再生)之觀點,透過案例分析來探討是否再生技術如何運用於產品製程,其次並評估周圍環境日常生活中所使用的產品,能否有別於傳統開發製程中的打樣製作,藉以改變產品設計的製作,並經構想發展為;紙箱椅、可收折式鍵盤及瓦楞紙貓抓板等三款創作。期望融合綠色設計4R手法,改善產品開發過程中不必要之廢棄物處理所產生的危害與浪費,並延伸綠色4R理念,讓產品設計製程更能感受到產品對環境友善之本質、降低自然資源之使用,提供永續設計之參考。

The utilization of the concept of Industry 4.0 thrived in the 21st century, featured by the shortening of the time of development and test, may enhances the reduction of the resource cost, saves the time of material feeding and manufacturing for product design and development; in addition, and reduces the material wear out during the process of development. In addition, the concept takes into account of the properties of the material and includes the process of recycling and reutilizing the material or undamaged component as the products are rejected to avoid the significant material waste in the traditional process. In recent years, the 3D simulation is widely used in product design to meet the demand of customization and that of small-volume production of a wide range of different items. Thus, if companies may consider the potential environmental pollution in the initial design phase, they may choose degradable and recyclable material to produce samples and utilize the concept of 4R to avoid unnecessary waste in the process of manufacturing and waste management. The study utilized the concept of green design of 4R, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Regeneration, to develop the ways of using regeneration technologies in product manufacturing and design and to assess the potential utilization of daily product; the study develops three kinds of product, carton chair, foldable keyboard, and cat scratch cardboard, hoping to propose a process of utilizing 4R method, reducing the waste resulting in the process of production, and extending the 4R green concept to explore the eco-friendly nature of product design and to reduce the using of natural resource.
