喵星球-奇幻風格之插畫設計創作研究

本創作研究主要探討奇幻風格之插畫表現手法及應用，然後透過奇幻風格的概念進行「喵星球」之插畫設計創作。先透過文獻分析法、專家訪談法與觀察法來建構基本的概念，依照創作需求分析不同的經典個案研究，再進行圖像發展實驗創作，並以奇幻風格創作插畫。在文獻分析上，主要以奇幻風格的探討為主，分析當代插畫創作的發展趨勢與特質，使創作概念更加清楚。透過經典插畫個案風格分析，瞭解奇幻風格插畫的創作特色。最後，透過實驗性的插畫創作，呈現個人獨特的原創作品。本研究的創作過程，以奇幻風格表現手法為基礎，觀察法不斷嘗試圖像創作，不斷的修改創作路線，最終將奇幻風格的精神呈現。研究的結果顯示，在現代人的視覺經驗中，許多過去難以想像的奇幻想像，常常存在於當代影像時代的環境中，已屢見不鮮，因此在奇幻風格的插畫表現上將需要更別出心裁的設計，才能夠引出更多的共鳴。插畫創作的成果上，無文字的描述，更能透過圖像本身傳遞豐富的想像空間，這就是插畫與繪本的深厚人文藝術想像空間。本研究的研究價值與創作特點是1.透過文獻分析奇幻文學的發展脈絡，瞭解奇幻風格的核心價值與特點。2.透過完整的設計思考方法，創造獨特的插畫主體。3.創造了較為獨特的奇幻風格精緻插畫，反映當代人生活的多變與奇妙。

This creative research mainly focuses on the fantasy expressions of illustration techniques and implementations, and then applies the concept of fantasy styles to create illustrations of the “Meow-Planet”. First, throughout literature analysis, expert interviews and observations to establish foundational concepts. Then, analyzing different classic cases, experimenting the development of images in order to cope with further illustration by fantasy style. In the analysis of literature, the main focus is on the exploration of fantasy styles, analyzing the development trend and characteristics of contemporary illustration creation to clarify the concept of creation. To comprehend the fantasy style features by analyzing some of the classic illustrations. Finally, through the experimental illustration creation, the original works of individuals are presented. The creating process of this study is based on the fantasy style of expression. It constantly performs observation methods and try to create images, modify the creative route, and winds up presenting the spirit of fantasy style. The conclusion of the research shows that in the modern people's visual experiences, those unimaginable fantasy images in the past, could often been found in the contemporary imaging era. Therefore, in fantasy style, the illustrations will require more ingenious designs, to elicit more resonance. In illustration creations, the wider imagination space could be transmitted through the image itself by its nontexual description characteristic. This is the even deeper humanistic artistic imagination of illustration and picture books. The research’s values and characteristics are: 1. Through the literature analysis of the development of fantasy literature to grasp the core values and characteristics of the style. 2. Create a unique illustration subject through a complete design thinking method. 3. Created more original and exquisite illustrations in fantasy styles, reflecting the ever-changing and wonderful life of contemporary people.
