貓語‧穿越與對話—彩墨創作論述

摘要每天例行散步的途中常與與貓相遇，又因到侯硐的一日訪貓遊，種下筆者與貓結下了極深的緣。在與貓喵喵…對話中讓我油然而生對街貓的不捨與憐愛。心疼街貓生活的流離與恐遭不幸，導致筆者思緒的翻騰…，決心本研究論述與創作就以「貓」為主角，期盼能為貓做些正能量的表達，聊表對貓的愛心。創作論述的題目訂為：《貓語˙穿越與對話─彩墨創作論述》。以「貓」為研究論述與藝術創作的對象，同時也領養《黑咪》與生活結合作為筆者創作論述的活字典。筆者從傳說到體驗討論貓的跨越兩域性，探討貓如何跨進人類的生活、貓是否存在著魔性與神性、預知吉凶穿越陰陽的兩面性，從生活日常、各類書籍文獻、廣播電視與電影戲劇、網路資源…來蒐集研究貓的相關。希望從多面向，來取得更多貓的藝術形象以及感動。更貼切深入的創作出貓在藝術裡具有的時代意義。筆者創作形式以東方水墨為主輔以西方繪畫技巧與風格，創作內容以寫實、異質同構、抽象與具象的結合、時間和空間的交融。應用多媒材的結合，創作出複合性的畫面，讓創作有更多發揮的空間，希望呈現更美好豐富作品。關鍵字﹕貓語、穿越、彩墨創作

Abstract I often see cats on my daily walk, and after my one-day visit to the cats in Houtong, I have fallen in love with cats. Meowing back and forth, I try to chat with stray cats, and have grown to feel sorry and care for them, feeling bad about their life in stray and fearing for unfortunate events that might happen to them. These thoughts stirred up my emotions, and therefore I have decided to focus on “cat” in my research and creative works, hoping to spread some positive energy for cats and express my sentiment for them. The topic of my creative statement is “Cat Talk: Transcendence and Dialogue—Tsai-Mo (Color-Ink Painting) Creative Statement.” Using “cat” as the subject of my research and artistic creation, I also adopted “Hey-Mi” (lit. Black Kitten) into my life, who acts as my live dictionary. From legends to experiences, I discuss cat’s nature of transcending two places, and examine how cat has entered human life, whether cat is both devilish and divine, and explore their two-sided nature that allows them to transcend the worlds of the living and the dead and predict fortune; from daily life, documents and publications, radio, TV, movies, drama, to online resources, I collect all necessary information for my research on cat, hoping to adopt diverse perspectives to acquire more artistic images and inspirations of cat, and more truthfully create cat’s temporal meaning in art. My creative format consists of mainly Eastern color-ink painting, complemented by Western painting techniques and styles; creative contents feature realism, heterogeneous isomorphism, combination of abstract and figurative paintings, and fusion of time and space. I utilize multimedia to create compound scenes, giving more freedom to creation in aim to present better and richer works. Keywords: Cat Talk , Transcend, Color-ink painting
