校園廣場型開放空間形塑規劃研究－以國立臺灣大學舟山路廣場為例

大學校園隨著各院系所、師生人數增加，延伸出舊有空間不敷使用，需新增教學、行政及服務性質空間，在更新過程除了拆除舊有結構堪慮、老舊建物，重新興建符合使用之新建築物體，同時在建築物轉變過程中也提供校園重新塑造開放空間尺度、面貌及規劃契機。本研究從都市與校園開放空間、廣場觀點蒐集相關之文獻資料，分析文獻並整理，初擬校園開放空間規劃設計所需考量構成要素層級架構，先透過「模糊德爾菲法」專家問卷篩選，將構成要素架構確立，後透過「層級分析法」進行專家問卷，修正構成要素項目並計算權重，最後完成校園廣場型開放空間形塑規劃設計要素表，空間創作係以國立臺灣大學舟山路廣場為對象，分析基地特性及現況面臨課題等，將其量化整合至本研究完成之校園廣場型開放空間形塑規劃設計要素表中進行比對，進行創作過程發現，從設計者角度量化表單確實有助於檢視規劃設計是否更加貼近符合空間再塑造時之定位，所需配套設計應有服務項目及使空間更具有彈性話以達到凝聚人群，如從決策者角度也可透過檢視研究之要素表，了解哪些項目規劃內容必要性，可有效判斷設置內容比重及刪減，使整體規劃設計過程更能增加空間重塑共識。

The need for expansion of university campus for teaching, administrative, and service is due to the increase number of faculties, staffs, and students. Other than removing the old structures and buildings, and constructing new buildings, the change process also provides the opportunities for the campus planning with new appearance in open space concept.This study collects and analyzes the relevant literatures relating to the square and open space in cities and campuses. At the preliminary stage, “Fuzzy Delphi Method” questionnaire is used to select elements for open space planning and campus design. Furthermore, “Analytic Hierarchy Process” questionnaire is used to modify the elements of the project as well as evaluating the importance of the elements. Space creation is based on the National University of Taiwan Zhoushan Road Plaza as the object, the analysis of the basic characteristics and existing problems will be integrated into the school to complete the campus square open space, the development of planning and design elements of the form, from the designer's point of view, quantitative form to help understand the planning And whether the design is closer to space remodeling. Match the design should have the service to make the space more flexible to reach the crowd, the angle can also learn the elements of the table, understand the needs of the project planning content, can effectively determine the content set and delete the overall planning and design process more space remodeling consensus.
