美髮準師專業職能內涵之研究

A Study on the Professional Competence of Associate Hairdressing Designer

摘要


美髮訓練的學習過程既漫長又辛苦,從初階助理逐步完成洗、剪、燙、染等專業訓練後,仍有資深助理在邁入美髮準師養成階段選擇放棄,而如何協助美髮相關科系學生及具現場實務經驗之美髮從業人員突破學習瓶頸,常為美髮沙龍主管的課題。故本研究欲以我國職能基準建置流程為基礎,並經任務分析及職能重組過程,探討美髮準師專業職能內涵,作為美髮沙龍主管後續選才、育才、留才之依據。 本研究首先藉由文獻探討及邀約3位專家進行訪談,建構出美髮準師專業職能內涵初稿,第二階段採用焦點團體法召集新北市三間美髮沙龍的技術講師、店長與從業人員進行驗證會議,並依其會議結論界定出7項主要職責及其所對應的15項工作任務、24項工作產出及69項行為指標,以及工作任務需具備之職能內涵,分別為65項知識、69項技能及10項態度。本研究結果有助於研究對象之美髮沙龍主管進行店內助理培訓人員的自我檢核,並後續針對美髮準師規劃與設計專業進修課程以達強化專業技術之目的,加速美髮師專業人才培育。

The learning process of hairdressing training is long and arduous. Starting from the beginner assistant level, where the subjects complete, step by step, the professional training of washing, haircutting, perming and dyeing, some senior associates will have chosen to give up and leave by the time they enter the training stage of associate hairdressing designer. How to assist students from hairdressing-related departments and engaged hair personnel with on-site practical experience to break through the learning bottleneck is often the problem encountered by hair salon supervisors. Therefore, this study aims to explore the gist of the professional competence and attitude of associate hairdressing designers based on establishing the occupational competency standards in Taiwan, as well as the task analysis and skill recombination process, which can be used as a support for salon supervisors to follow-up, cultivate and retain talents. The study first drew up a draft of the professional competence and attitude of the associate hairdresser by discussing the literature reviews and inviting three experts to conduct interviews. The second stage saw the adoption of the focus group method to convene technical instructors, hair salon managers and engaged hair personnel of three hairdressing salons in New Taipei City, to conduct verification meetings. Following the conclusion of the meetings, came the definition of seven main responsibilities and their corresponding 15 work assignments, 24 work outputs and 69 behavioral indicators, as well as the professional competence and attitude required for the tasks, divided into 65 items of knowledge, 69 of skills and 10 of attitude. The results of this study can help the salon supervisors in this study to conduct self-examination and recognition of the salon training personnel, and then plan and design professional training courses for the associate hairdressing designer to strengthen their professional skills and accelerate the training of professional hair designers.
