急診護理人員自覺健康狀況、疲勞感與健康促進生活型態之相關研究-以台北市某醫學中心為例

摘要


本研究以台北市某醫學中心的急診室護理人員為研究對象,探討其健康促進生活型態相關議題,研究工具係使用社會人口學背景、自覺健康狀態、疲勞感及健康促進生活型態之問卷式量表,在2019年十月期間共發出150份問卷,最後回收統計樣本129名,有效回收率達86 %,並使用描述性統計與推論性統計進行分析,進一步了解在社會人口學變項、自覺健康狀態、疲勞感與健康促進生活型態的現況分布情形,並探討其相關性及預測健康促進生活型態的因子。本研究結果摘述下: 一、 研究對象對於自己健康狀況的評值有普通的評價、在疲勞感得分最高為「工作疲勞」、在健康促進生活型態得分最高為「人際支持」。 二、 研究對象的自覺健康狀態與健康促進生活型態兩者之間呈顯著正相關。 三、 研究對象的疲勞感與健康促進生活型態兩者之間呈顯著負相關。 四、 研究對象的年齡、婚姻狀況與自覺健康狀態與在預測整體健康促進生活型態皆達顯著差異,可解釋26.9%的變異量。

This study took nursing staff in the emergency room of a medical center in Taipei City as the research subjects to explore issues related to healthy-promoting lifestyles. Questionnaires of social demography, perceived health status, fatigue, and health-promoting lifestyles were applied in this research. During Octorber of 2019, 150 registered nurses were invited and finally 129 completed the questionnaire with an overall response rate of 86%. Descriptive statistics were used for frequency allocation percentage, average value, standard deviation. Inferential statistics, including one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis, were used for further analysis of relationship between social demography, perceived health status, fatigue and health-promoting lifestyles. The predictors of health-promoting lifestyles were also explored. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. The perceived health status of subjects was about medium degree. Among the questionnaire of fatigue, the highest score was “work-related fatigue”. Among the questionnaire of health promotion lifestyles, the highest was “inter-personal support”. 2. The perceived health status and health-promoting lifestyles of subjects were significantly positively correlated. 3. The higher the score on “fatigue” of the research subjects, the worse the performance of health-promoting lifestyles will be. 4. The health-promoting lifestyles of the subjects could be significantly predicted by the variables of ages, marriage and the perceived health status with 26.9% of variance.
