本研究旨在探討新北市市立幼兒園教保服務人員使用即時通訊軟體對於組織溝通效能及團隊凝聚力的影響,採立意抽樣問卷調查法進行研究。寄發問卷共 257 份,回收有效問卷樣本 219 份,所得資料以 IBM SPSS Statistics 22統計分析軟體進行資料統計分析與處理。茲將本研究主要研究結果摘要如下: 一、研究對象年齡年輕化,以未滿40歲居多;服務年資落差大;園內不同職務係以教保員居多。 二、研究對象以即時通訊軟體進行職場溝通的現況普遍,種類以「LINE」居多,即時通訊軟體係扮演溝通平台的角色之一。 三、本園與分班彼此有業務溝通需求,即時通訊軟體發揮縮短距離,提升溝通效能之功效。 四、研究對象使用即時通訊軟體,以進行工作溝通及業務傳達為主,分享資訊和活動、人際互動為輔,顯示即時通訊軟體在團隊中是正式溝通與非正式溝通的重要管道之一。 五、研究對象對於即時通訊軟體做職場溝通的整體感受,屬中上程度。 六、研究對象之組織溝通效能及團隊凝聚力,不因年齡、在園年資、服務園地點不同而有所差異,但團隊凝聚力各構面因「職務」而有所差異。 七、研究對象之組織溝通效能愈好,團隊凝聚力愈好,呈現正相關。 八、研究對象之組織溝通效能變項能有效預測其團隊凝聚力。 最後,依據研究結果,提出若干建議,以供教育局相關單位,幼兒園教保服務人員、未來研究方向之參考。
This study aims to explore the effect on applying instant messenger softwares to effectiveness of organizational communication and team cohesiveness toward preschool educators. The research gave out 257 questionnaires in total by purposive sampling method and collected 219 questionnaires in return. Afterwards, IBM SPSS Statistics 22 is used to analyze data and results are below. First, most subjects are below 40 years old;Seniority gap is large;Educare givers are the most. Second, subjects tend to use instant messenger softwares commonly, one of which is LINE, playing a role in workplace communication. Third, instant messenger softwares can lessen distances between preschools and their branches.to upgrade effective communication. Fourth, subjects mainly use instant messenger softwares on work communication and task pass and secondly on information share, activities and interpersonal interaction. Fifth, subjects perceived an intermediate-to-high degree of work communication through instant messenger softwares. Sixth, age, seniority and work places don’t differ in effective organizational communication and group cohesion except roles. Seventh, effective organizational communication and group cohesion is positively correlated. Eighth, effective organizational communication exists predictability in group cohesion. Eventually, some suggestions are given to educational authorities, preschool educare givers and future researchers.
