國立臺灣師範大學運動競技系跆拳道代表隊現況與未來發展之研究

國立臺灣師範大學運動競技學系跆拳道代表隊，於民國91年正式成立，在短短的15年時間在臺灣跆拳道立足，於國內賽事中屢屢拿下佳績，其運動成就的發展過程值得深入探討。本研究以歷史研究法為主，配合訪談法，透過歷史資料、文獻分析與訪談紀錄，做統整性的整理，紀錄國立臺灣師範大學運動競技學系跆拳道運動發展情形。所得結論如下:1.國立臺灣師範大學體育學系跆拳道代表隊成立期，以甄審、甄試為入學管道招收優秀選手，具教程及公費優勢，要求選手學術兼修，以進入各級中小學校任教為目標。2.國立臺灣師範大學運動競技學系跆拳道代表隊成立期，配合教改政策轉變，取消公費入學制度，面臨各大專院校開放教程及強勢招生方案，率先招收跆拳道品勢選手來充足人材，以競技對打及品勢雙向發展來因應。3.學校體育經費有限，影響代表隊資源應用與分配，為維持競賽因勢利導，設立跆拳道家長會，透過學校、教師與家長會三方合作克服目前經費師資人員不足的難關。4.跆拳道列入奧運項目後，全國大專院校普及發展，李佳融教授融合各領域智慧先鋒並就近結合校內師資，綜合所學擬出假日課輔策略及跆拳道表演行銷活動，開創運動選手適時的轉型，十年辛勤升學就業終有所成。5.提昇跆拳道代表隊全員的學術成就為要務，以延續選手生涯規劃的持續性為優先，多元面項安排參與學校業務與志工服務，就業、就學率全國最高，未來以世界格局為願景。6.2012奧運會後，WTF世界跆盟改採積分制，國內國際賽制接軌更新，各形競技活動與庶務更形繁多，如需維持競爭優勢誠屬不易，2015世界錦標賽莊佳佳奪回睽違16年的世錦賽金牌，為臺灣師範大學運動競技系增添新頁，期望未來奧運會上跆拳道獲得良好成績，更需全校動員支援與更多的成就熱情。

Taekwondo team of Department of Athletic Performance of National Normal Taiwan University was established in 2003 and received awards by athletics performances. Making it worthwhile to examine how the taekwondo team has managed such development result within a short period. The purpose of this study was to explore the derivation, foundation, development and evaluation of Taekwondo team in Department of Athletic Performance of National Taiwan Normal University. The approaches were employed by document study and interviews in this study, and the results were based on a collection of documents, which have been arranged, classified, criticized, and explained. The followings are the conclusions of this study: 1. The member of Taekwondo team at Department of Physical Education of National Normal Taiwan University by accreditation recruited elites in sports to encourage their future training and academic performances with governmental scholarship. The mission of preparing future physical education teachers. 2. The period of Department of Athletic Performance of National Normal Taiwan University was found in 2002. The governmental scholarship was canceled based on educational policy. The Department began to recruit Poomsae Taekwondo elites and develop Poomsae and Sparring to meet the need of new situation and to enhance the recruit students competition from others universities. 3. Cause of the limitation of school founds, the sport teams at National Normal Taiwan University are suffered lack of teaching and training resources. Parents Group for Taekwondo team of National Normal Taiwan University work hand to hand closely with school to make a positive change and share the responsibility of educational management at school due to limited educational resources from the government. 4. After Taekwondo was listed by Olympic event by International Olympic Committee, Taekwondo is much popular in schools in Taiwan, Professor Lee, Chia-Jung combines pioneers of multi-field in sport science and elite professors to complete the training program and academic tutorial. And through Taekwondo public performance for establishing a new chance for future career and promoting Taekwondo exercise. 5. The prime mission of Taekwondo team are to elevate academic skill, and arrange athletics practice in school administration, volunteer service for extending the employee field and planning athletic career. The rate of employment and enrolment of taekwondo athletic of Department of Athletic Performance of National Normal Taiwan University is superior then other college athletics. 6. The ranking system was applied by World Taekwondo Federation after London 2012 Olympic Games, athlete have to obtain more scores by competing more games to be seeded athletes. However, Zhuang, Jia-Jia won the championship in 2015 World Taekwondo Championship in Russian after 1999 Taekwondo Championship in Canada. It is a developmental milestone about Taekwondo Team in Department of Athletic Performance of National Taiwan Normal University. Expecting Taekwondo Athletic countries with outstanding achievements in the Olympic Games supported by Parents Support Club, school administration, and training group.
