跆拳道館學員運動参與動機之研究－臺中市跆拳道館為例

摘要

本研究目的旨在探討臺中市跆拳道館學員運動參與動機之現況，並探討不同人口統計變項在運動參與動機之差異情形。本研究採隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查法，於103年2月20日至3月10日，以臺中市合格成立之跆拳道館學員為研究對象進行調查，有效回收率為93.3%。使用SPSS for Windows 18.0統計套裝軟體，透過描述性統計、獨立性樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示：一、臺中市跆拳道館學員運動參與動機，最主要為「可以增加自己的體能」，其次是「想要讓跆拳道技術更好」、「認識更多的朋友」、「想熟練跆拳道項目的技巧」及「可以從中獲得成就感」。二、不同人口統計變項之臺中市跆拳道館學員運動參與動機的各個因素構面，以「自我實現」因素構面上有最多的顯著差異。三、人口統計變項中的「年齡」及「就學階段」在每個構面上，均有顯著差異。四、除「性別」、「父母職業」、「家庭收入」外，其餘各項人口統計變項在運動參與動機上有顯著差異。期本研究之研究結果，得以開展未來研究者有關跆拳道參與者之研究重點與方向，並提供跆拳道館經營者之實務建議。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of sports participation motivation of members of Taekwondo venues in Taichung City, as well as to investigate how difference in demographic variables leads to difference in sports participation motivation. This study used random sampling to conduct the questionnaire survey. From February 20, 2014 to March 10, 2014, this study enrolled the members of licensed Taekwondo venue in Taichung City as the research subjects, and the valid return rate is 93.3%. This study used SPSS for Windows 18.0 statistical package software to perform analyses, and statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, independent sample test, one-way ANOVA, and Fisher's post hoc comparison, to analyze data. The research results showed that: a) The main sports participation motivation of members of Taekwondo venues inTaichung City is ＂to improve their own physical strength,＂ followed by ＂to improve Taekwondo skill,＂ ＂to know more friends,＂ ＂to be proficient in various Taekwondo skills,＂ and ＂to obtain a sense of accomplishment.＂ b) In terms of the effect of different demographic variables on various factors/dimensions of sports participation motivation of members of Taekwondo venues in Taichung City, the difference in the factor/dimension of ＂self-realization＂ is most significant. c) Among demographic variables, ＂age＂ and ＂school stage＂ has a significant effect on every factor/dimension. d) Except for ＂gender,＂ ＂parents' occupation,＂ and ＂family income,＂ other various demographic variables have a significant effect on sports participation motivation. It is hoped that the research results may help expand future research directions and provide practical suggestions to operators of Taekwondo venues.
