以科技接受模式的觀點探討技能競賽即時評分系統

摘要


技能競賽即時評分系統是透過與以往不同的評分方式來進行評分,將即時評分系統在一歷史悠久的技能競賽中實施,往往都難以被使用者們所接受,因此,本研究以科技接受模式的觀點來探討技能競賽即時評分系統,透過使用者的科技創新意識、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、使用態度以及使用意圖五個向度的程度,來分析使用者對於即時評分系統之使用性狀況。 本研究採用問卷調查法,透過發放140份問卷,回收與有效問卷為119份,可用率85%,來進行考驗與分析,發現科技創新意識對知覺易用性呈現正向影響、知覺有用性對使用態度呈現正向影響、知覺易用性對使用態度呈現正向影響、而使用態度對使用意圖也呈現正向影響。 在單因子變異數分析中發現,不同的技能競賽即時評分系統使用者在知覺易用性與使用意圖上有顯著的差異,使用者中「裁判」對技能競賽即時評分系統的知覺易用性比「指導老師」的知覺易用性程度來的高,而在使用意圖的部分,「裁判」對即時評分系統的使用意圖也比「指導老師」的使用意圖高,所以未來在即時評分系統開發設計上要朝向簡易化「指導老師」所使用之介面,並且針對「指導老師」來給予系統的操作之講習與實作,來提升「指導老師」的知覺易用性與其使用意圖。 關鍵字:科技接受模式、即時評分系統、技能競賽、科技創新意識

Skill Competition Instant Judging System is a brand new innovation that has changed the way how skill competition works. However, it sometimes difficult for users to adapt to a new score judging mode, especially in a historical competition that have been hold over five decades. This study was designed to use Technology Acceptance Model to investigate the usability of Skill Competition Instant Judging System through five constructs: technological innovativeness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, using attitude, and behavioral intention. The questionnaire-survey has been used in this study for collecting data, and 119 of 140 questionnaires have been returned. That is to say, 85% of the questionnaires has been successfulling collected. From the results of data analysis, the researcher found that technological innovativeness has a significant positive correlation with perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness has a positive correlation with using attitude, perceived ease of use has a positive correlation with using attitude, and using attitude has a positive correlation with behavioral intention as well. Additionally, further analysis found that there has a significant difference between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention of different users of the system. Judges of national competition have higher positive attitude on perceived ease of use than instructors, and they also have better behavioral intention than instructors. Thus the researcher can focus on creating a friendly user interface for instructors to enhance their perceived ease of use, and then motivate their behavioral intention.
