企業應用現代阿卡貝拉進行內部訓練之研究

摘要


過去企業與藝術是各自獨立的主體,隨著藝企合作的誕生,透過合作,激發雙方能量,刺激多元思考,產生更多創新的作品。阿卡貝拉(A Cappella),為義大利語,意指無伴奏、純人聲合唱,常見於十五、十六世紀的教堂音樂。至1980年代開始,開始加入麥克風、透過口技模仿各種聲響等,形成現代阿卡貝拉(Contemporary A Cappella)。臺灣於2001年開始舉辦「第一屆臺灣重唱大賽」,而後更擴大為「臺灣國際重唱大賽」,歷經十幾個年頭後,現代阿卡貝拉(Contemporary A Cappella)在臺日漸風行,除了現場演出、更開始與企業、校園合作,卻鮮少有相關的文獻資料,故研究者欲從藝企合作的面向,探討「現代阿卡貝拉(Contemporary A Cappella)」對於企業「內部訓練」之影響。 本研究以2012年至2015年曾與「仁聲歌唱音樂學苑」合作之企業主、員工以及「仁聲歌唱音樂學苑」主要活動課程規劃、執行者做為研究對象,進行訪問對談、研究者實際參加執行等質性研究。 研究結果顯示現代阿卡貝拉與企業之合作,有利於進行企業內部行銷,透過共同體驗藝術活動,拉近員工彼此間的距離,增進向心力。研究者期許本研究完成後,能達到拋磚引玉的效果,樂見更多優秀的學術研究者更進一步探討藝文單位與企業長期合作的可能性,進而累積企業的品牌形象。 關鍵字:表演藝術、藝企合作、現代阿卡貝拉、企業員工訓練、音樂教育

In the past, enterprise and arts are the individual subjects. With the birth of arts and business cooperation, arts and business work together to encourage both sides energy, stimulate multiple thinking, and create much more innovative productions.Italian, A Cappella, refers to music performed in the church by voices alone without accompaniment.It was common in C15-16. Contemporary A Cappella forms in 1980s which began performing through microphone and imitated various sounds by human voice. Taiwan started the first Taiwan International Contemporary A Cappella Competition in 2001 and broadened its scope to Taiwan International Contemporary A Cappella Festival. Contemporary A Cappella has become popular in Taiwan in decades. Not only the live performances, has it also cooperated with enterprise and schools. However, we can only find a few scholarship. The researcher takes the perspective of arts and business cooperation to examine the effect of Contemporary A Cappella on corporate training. This study interviews the business owner and employees who have cooperated with RenSing Academy and the executors of the main course in RenSing Academy (2012-2015). In addition, the researcher uses the methods of participant observation and qualitative research. The research results show that the cooperation of Contemporary A Cappella and enterprise has the advantage of internal business marketing. Employees are shorten their distance by joining the arts activities. The researcher expects this thesis to help future researchers study possibility of the long term cooperation between arts and enterprise, which can accumulate brand image for businesss.
